Daniel Neal came and was wonderful with the service he provided. We had a clog that lasted 5 days and even had another plumber prior to him coming out and he was the one that fixed the problem; even while informing me on how to make my situation better. He was friendly and very helpful. Thank you to Daniel! He told me he’s been a plumber for 24 years and his work ethic shows !

Rich SWAUGER and his team were absolutely outstanding! They responded right away when we needed help and handled everything with exceptional professionalism and customer care. My technician, Brian Shupe, was incredibly knowledgeable, considerate, and efficient-he diagnosed and fixed the issue immediately. I had a bad drain blockage in my kitchen sink drain. The technician Tyler was awesome, he explained what was going on, possible risks of snaking the pipe, and how he was going to fix it. He called ahead of time. Showed up on time. He had the situation resolved in very little time and was really nice to work with. He tested the system after clearing the clog and answered any questions I had. Great knowledgeable plumber and a great service.

Excellent Service from Istvan Vozary!

I had a fantastic experience with Istvan Vozary, who recently installed a new faucet in my kitchen. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. Not only did he do an excellent job with the faucet installation, but he also performed a thorough house inspection and pointed out several issues I wasn’t even aware of.

Daniel Neal was my service technician. Daniel was very kind and courteous, he took the time to complete the job thoroughly and he made sure the areas were clean following his work. I highly recommend his services.

Daniel was a beast, he got all my drains draining properly now, but a new cap on for me. All in a timely manner, and professional way. Appreciate him very much for his hard work, and determination.

Rescue Rooter is absolutely fabulous! Chase was sent out this morning to clear a main drain, he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the situation. He was able to clear the drain that I didn't think was going to happen. I highly recommend Rescue Rooter for any kind of a plumbing problem you have. Called into this company this morning, they gave me an estimate time, couldn't give me a cost until they seen the issue. technician came as scheduled. SUPER NICE GUY !! He came in checked out our issue of clogged tub, got his tools and got it draining in no time, we had tried and couldn't get it cleared, worked with us Retirees on our price , was worth it to have the professional do it .

My main line was plugged and causing slow drain problems. I called Rescue Rooter they had a special service promotion coupon at the time I called. A very knowledgeable and experienced tech came to my house he asked what the problem was and inquired about previous problems with the main line over the years. Which has been tree roots. He had a plan on how he was going trouble shoot my problem. With in an hour he had cleared the main line restriction and things were flowing back to normal. Thank you service tech, Daniel Neal

Brian Taylor was faced with many challenges for this project, including snowy conditions, his vehicle stuck in driveway snow as well as water and gas line issues that had to be improvised for safety. He did a great job, staying for nearly 6 hours, making addition runs to get parts despite poor weather. His service and professionalism is much appreciated.

I only have great things to say. Tim was absolutely the best. He was very caring, pleasant, professional, and thorough. Whenever I called, the service was excellent. I will be recommending Rescue Rooter to others. I am enjoying the upgraded circuit box. Thank you so much!

Rescue Rooter has a 24/7 phone line and made arrangements for a sump pump and drain line break at 2:00am this morning. They arranged for a Technician to make the reparations, giving three different options to choose from for the work to be performed. Work was completed within a couple hours and we have peace of mind now to prevent any water from flooding our basement. Would recommend them for any plumbing work to be done.

My main drain backed up and flooded my basement. I kept getting the run around from other plumbing companies telling me they would be there then calling back and said it would be three days brute they could come out. I kept looking for plumbers and ran across rescue rooter. The girl that answered the phone was awesome. She listened to my story and assured me she would get someone out to the house today. He was late, but that's okay he showed up. That's more than the other plumbers did. All employees I cake into contact with were awesome and seemed like they really care.

Sparky and the entire electrical team at Rescue Rooter are wonderful! No grumpy electricians here! Very friendly, courteous, and respectful. Appreciate the professionalism displayed by this team.

This was the most professional service I’ve received in a long time. There were some issues with not having approval at the time to get their repairs done, but Specialist went above and beyond to make sure that he did everything he could and rest the shore he was able to come back and get our problem fixed in a great timeframe. The specialist was very informative very professional very courteous. If I could hire him to fix everything in my home, I would. If you need any repairs done, ask for Mr. Daniel Neal his customer service is superb!

The Rescue Rooter Lead / Estimator was professional, considerate, prompt, and provided a good estimate. They were willing to give me an expired discount / coupon. He was good about returning calls and providing answers. Because of the good experience with him and customer service (and the pricing and quality of the product), I decided to go with Rescue Rooter.
The Plumbers were very professional and kind. They provided good communication throughout the process.
They kept the work area tidy and cleaned up once the work was done.
I'm extremely happy with the entire experience and the end results.

We had some electrical outer outlet problems, which stumped others to diagnose. Stanley and Tim were very thorough, traced the problem and replaced 2 outer outlets and were very professional and courteous. We will definitely recommend and call on again. Thanks again, very pleased and relieved!
