Ck does outstanding work. Shout out to Tony and Rob for helping us out with our heating and plumbing needs. Very knowledgeable company and will go out of there way to get you fixed up or replace existing equipment. Plumbing and hvac needs 100% also want to shoutout to chuck and all them in the office thank you ck mechanical team!

Tony came out and exchanged a part up on original problem. The part he received failed after a week. The failed part was not the fault of CK, but Tony took it on as if it was.
He came back as soon as possible, shored us up with a temporary solution and then followed with a fix that circumvented the original part. Tony was courteous, understanding, hard working and diligent in researching the issue and finding a solution. I appreciate his help and the support of Brad who lent him a hand. I am a pleased customer!

I have had the absolute worst experience with CK mechanical. I went through my home warranty company. They supposedly are in partnership with them. I prepaid for a service fee. The appointment was from 1-5pm. They showed up at 11:45 knowing we were at work until 12:30 and home by 1pm. They then rescheduled the appointment for 4 days later. I told them “ok let’s do it”, even though I have small children with asthma and they need the air conditioning. Before calling them I paid a service fee and had a local company come give us a quote of exactly what was wrong. I then told CK mechanical everything that the company said and parts they needed to be prepared when they came. The appointment day came again. They then put the technician on a different call/installation and never let us know. I called them to ask when the technician was coming and they explained this to me and said “I didn’t know you confirmed”? Excuse me?! We both confirmed and took off work to be here all day for the appointment. It is absolutely unprofessional that they would take a technician off of our job, lie saying we had to confirm the new appointment with our home warranty company (that is NOT their policy), and put our technician on a different job apparently because they did not have anyone else. Then to try to say I would get a different appointment for another 3-4 days out. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with how they have conducted services. We plan to get a whole new unit, clean our ducts, redo our furnace to electrical, add more vents, and I WILL NOT be using this company for it ever!

I have had CK Mechanical come to my home for multiple issues. They fixed my AC, Furnace and my Water Heater. Tony has been here every time and has always been great. It's great to know that when something goes wrong, Tony and CK Mechanical will get the problem fixed.

POOR COMMUNICATION AND NO SHOW. Called them and set up an appointment for two days out where they would arrive from 10am to 11am. They didn’t show up or call. I gave them a ring at 11:30am. They said they got tied up at another job and would call when they’re on their way. Finally got a call around 12:30pm and they said they’re on their way. An hour later, they still haven’t arrived. Tried calling the main number and they just end the call after a couple of rings. If you don’t want a job, then don’t schedule a time. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A PLUMBER AND DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

My warranty company drug their heels for an entire week when my hot water quit working the day before Thanksgiving. I made one call to CK Mechanical and they were at my house the next day. Tony is the absolute best! He's been out to fix my furnace. He's fixed my freezing AC lines during the hottest week we had over summer. He's always great but this time, he diagnosed my issue, got the part for it, and had my hot water fixed the next day. CK Mechanical is great. I'm certain all of their employees are fantastic, Tony is the best!

Starting with my first phone conversation thru the completed instillation, the people at CK were about as professional you could find. From Tony, who guided the whole process, & Grant & Nick the installers, we couldn’t be happier. A special shout go out to Grant & Nick the installers. They were quiet, extremely polite & did everything they could to insure nothing during the installation touched our walls & furniture, not so much as a mark! The furnace & A/C was done on time as promised & the price was right. I highly recommend this company for your heating & air conditioning needs.

Excellent customer service. 90 degree weather and Grant,Jerry, and Anthony made sure we had AC by end of day. Tony was excellent in helping us decide best unit to replace our old furnace and AC. Highly recommend CK Mechanical for heating and AC needs.

Called and they came out within an hour on a weekend right after the Fourth of July. Diagnosed my problem and got it fixed. Tony and Logan are great guys, fully transparent and happy to walk you through the process. I have used them multiple times now and are consistently great!! Good work gentleman. I will hire you again.

Review of CK Mechanical
My wife and I have been wanting to put a gas furnace and update the air conditioning in our house. Our three-season room is so hot in the summer and so cold in the winter, due to not having supplies in that room. Also, our basement was not heated, we only have electric base board heat in our house.
When we bought the house, it came with a warranty. So, when the AC was not working properly the insurance company, sent CK Mechanical to our home. Kevin O’Rork came out and found we had a leak in the coil and the condenser. Kevin gave us some options to think about because the unit was installed in 1998.
We went out for bids and for what we wanted done CK Mechanical was our choice. Kevin was one of the reasons we picked them, he was very good at explaining our options. Chuck Westenbarger In the office was very helpful in securing the financing for this project.
Then the install! Jordan Diekman is a true craftsman and leader. I thought for sure the way our house is laid out the ductwork would have looked like an octopus. He led the crew of Kevin, Grant and Steven very efficiently. The team was very respectful to my wife and I. They cleaned up at the end of the day and left the basement very neat.
At the end of the install Kevin and Jordan went through the details of running the new system.
We are very satisfied with CK Mechanical and would recommend them to anyone, for service and installation.

Tony and his partner (sorry boss I forgot your name) came promptly and was very professional in installing my hot water tank. Customer service is lacking in today's age and I am beyond thrilled with how these two were at my home and made me feel like they cared and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone and will be using them in the future.

Had pressure tank fail and the response time for service was incredible. Compassionate customer service, very knowledgeable and efficient technician. Jerry offered detail and information beyond what the job called for. The work was done promptly and most importantly, correct the first time. Will be a repeat customer.

Once again, Tony and his team have proven to be true professionals. They were here on time (actually early) and did a superb job installing my new furnace. I am truly grateful for all the hard work they did and for answering my many questions along the way. Thank you guys, for a job well done!
