Has done work for me and after they completed the work had to call them back the next day to purge the gas line that they put in charged me a service call fee.Called them on Monday 9-30-2019 to do some work for me left a message asking them to call me they never called back Not very dependable wont call them again.

Great service and honest analysis of the issues. Had me buy the parts to save money and stopped back by when I got them. Will definitely call again and my water doesn't smell bad anymore!

Called in December, and didn’t hear back until February 6th. Little late buddy, someone already fixed my pipes for cheaper, apparently WAAAYYYY sooner than you planned to. I get things happen and people get forgotten, but maybe reorganize your scheduling situation? Because hearing back months later makes zero sense. If we would’ve waited on you we would still be without water.

They told us we had a clog in our faucet when the clog was really in the shut off valve. They said they would come back Friday to fix it and put in a new sink between 8 and noon but never showed up or called the entire day. We called and got no answer so we left a voicemail but never heard back.

Called to have an exterior gas line disconnected that ran to my garage. Jason was quick to respond. He was professional and his pricing was fair. I would use J&J plumbing again.

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Used for several plumbing needs- installing sump pump, water pressure tank, etc. Works as long as needed to make sure the job is done right. Very responsive to phone calls- even though he is very busy.

Jason did a very good job at a reasonable price. I would have given 5 stars if he had returned to repair some other issues I have. I understand he takes care of emergencies first, but it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything from him since his first visit.

J and J was recommended to me by another plumber because it seems like everybody is booked 2 to 3 weeks out. Called them on Monday, and they were out Tuesday. They said they could work me in between jobs. They came in, quickly diagnosed the issue, and set about fixing it. They also found a couple of additional issues, and they fixed those as well. Very professional and told me exactly what they were doing and why. I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them.

Thank your for doing such a stellar job. After calling a big name company we were distraught as we were quoted a few thousand dollars to repair a gas line leak which you repaired for a mere fraction of the cost. Along with replacing our water heater and installing emergency shut off valves. When we called your company we were treated with kindness, professionalism and honesty. We were kept up to date on the necessary repairs and you were diligent in your contact with us including speaking with our local natural gas provider. I cannot thank you enough for your integrity and prompt service.

I called Jason with a broken drain pipe. He told me that he was booked for the day but would try to fit me in the next day. I gave him my name and address. When I told him how desperate our situation was he said he could stop by and check out the problem, so as to have an assessment of what to bring later. With some time and a lot of effort the job was done, then and there, and with no need to come back the next day after all. He would not settle for anything less than doing it right. Some of the piping had not been done properly (which I knew) and now it is. Great service and price, especially considering the time and effort it took to make the repairs. I would certainly recommend this company and will call them if I have a plumbing problem that is beyond my ability to handle.

Jason does the work right and at a fraction of the price others charge. I’ve called him numerous times to fix everything from sump pumps to garbage disposals. Complete professional and very friendly and honest. Can’t recommend J & J Plumbing more.

I canceled my install with this company due to the contractor being a complete jerk. Unprofessional and condescending. Would never recommend to anyone.

They were professional on time wore their masks and did an Outstanding job replacing my toilets. They actually corrected what someone else didn't do properly. I was so happy and pleased with their work. Thanks guys for a job well done!

The plumbers arrived on time and went to work immediately. They worked perfectly as a team. They brought a box of paper towels and cleaned up as they went along. They both wore masks and we're so courteous. When they needed an extra part for the kitchen faucet, they went out for it and were back in no time at all. I've already recommend them to friends. They installed two toilets and a kitchen faucet in one hour and a half, which included the trip to the store. When they left, both bathrooms and the kitchen gave no indication that any work had been done there. You will not be disappointed if you use these plumbers.

Andy called, booked it accordingly and was very professional. Tony showed up day of all about business and also very professional. Lowe’s forgot a part we needed so Tony looked it up for us which helped out greatly. Highly recommended and will definitely be using this company in the future. Thanks AB Plumbing.

We just had a new kitchen faucet installed by AB Plumbing. It was the easiest & fastest installation we’ve ever done! Andrew called to confirm our appointment & Tony showed up, on time ready to go. Within 20 minutes he had finished the install, cleaned up the work space & was on his way out the door! We are very happy with everything from start to finish! Thanks AB Plumbing! Had a couple new toilets installed by AB Plumbing & Contracting a year ago, booked via Lowes and Angi. The basement toilet would periodically feel loose, we'd tighten the nut and move on, as it's seldom used. 13 months after installation, I finally try to figure out why the toilet keeps wiggling and one bolt just came right on out. They had a 2 man team here for the 2 toilets install and the guy working on the basement toilet took a lot longer than the guy doing the upstairs. Disappointed noone checked up on him to catch that the bolt wasn't seated in the flange and now I am 1 month beyond the Lowes labor warranty.
