Waited a half hour in the special orders dept without being acknowledged. Poor customer service to say the least! I believe it's time for me to shred the Home Depot Credit Card and take my business elsewhere!

Always have a good experience here. It's a homeowner's dream. And their theme song (especially with the cat) makes my day! Who can't go in there strutting in to the Home Depot theme song like a badass?!

Talk to Brian by far the best employee there. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Though I have had trouble at this home depot location that man keeps me coming back to that location. I am a general contractor that offers a wide variety of services and enjoy seeing him there. He has long brown hair and will have no problem helping several customers at once. While helping me he helped out 2 other customers and still finished helping me bring the product up front. He makes that store a 10 out of 10...

Terrible service. $2000 floor purchase and done by a 3rd party Concierge out of Kentucky thru Home Depot services. Suppose be a Lifetime guarantee, Bull Crap. Home Depot sold us a bag full of lies. This company refuse to fix a ongoing problem we continue to have with separating slates. We call Concierge and they never get a return call. We sent pictures and don't get anyone to follow up. Jim, whose Home Depot Head of Special services doesn't follow up. This the worse service we have ever gotten. Dont purchase here, go else where.
