Versatile Landscaping is the absolute best. The team came to our house and immediately got busy. They laid rubber mulch, planted flowers and treated my grass. When I say beautiful!!!! I get reminded everytime I pull in my driveway I that I made the right choice of Landscaping company. We will definitely use Versatile again.

Thank you so much to Versatile Landscaping! They did a phenomenal job installing our retaining walls for our flower bed and extending our driveway. The owner Don was very professional and communicated on any delays due to the weather and even went out of his way to add on an additional feature for an unexpected delay. We will definitely be using them again and referring to our neighbors, family and friends.

While the paver patio they completed is beautiful, I cannot rate them higher due to the low focus on customer service. We originally agreed to a contract price and when the work was completed, he billed an additional $8,000. We were not informed or advised of this. We had already established a budget and did not expect this overage. This is a heavy financial burden to us. He claims the inground swimming pool was higher than expected which necessitated more dirt and gravel. However, the pool was in place before he visited our property and provided the estimate.
Crew was hard working in the summer heat, but we don't appreciate the trash they left every day. Water and sports drinks are more appropriate then beer for hydration. Employees should not be drinking beer while on customer property. On the last day they were here we specifically asked them to drive their truck to the south side of our home to access the driveway. They did not.

We've consistently had terrible experiences with this company. Their mowing services were unreliable, and the mulch they provided was infested with mites on two occasions. Communication was also a major issue—they were hard to reach. We paid for weed spraying and removal, but security footage showed they didn’t actually perform the work, even though we were billed for it. Subsequently we complained and the owner had to come out himself and do the weed spray. We are relieved to no longer use their services and suggest looking elsewhere for landscaping or lawn care.

We got our yard mulched and bushes pruned by this company whose owner is named Don. He cut the buds off my lilac bushes and didn’t even weed them! I had to get into the middle of the bushes and do back-breaking work that they should have done to get the weeds. Our viburnum bush had all its beautiful white flowers cut off as well. Lastly, our burning bush shrubs were pruned to sticks.

Next, they laid the mulch, and it looks horrendous already. It’s already going from black to grey! But the worst part is the mulch contained ants, mold and mushroom spores. We had ants all over our yard and inside our house! The only reason I knew something was wrong was because my Japanese Maple started getting holes in it and started being eaten by the ants, so I called LeMaster’s Tree Care for emergency remediation.

Don promised a refund but still wanted to see the issues. He sat in his truck the whole time the certified arborist was doing the remediation as he knew what kind of mulch he laid and the poor job of pruning he did. After LeMaster Tree Care left, he and his 4 men finally came out of his truck as I, a woman and the only one home, tried to calmly explain what was going on, but he started to raise his voice and lied that my lilac blooms that have now completely died are fine. He got too close to me one too many times, so I took a half step to him and he was in my face. He then claimed I was HARASSING HIM on MY PROPERTY and called the cops who basically told him he was wasting their time as I never threatened him or kept him from leaving my property. We have in writing that he’d refund our $1000, but he kept giving my husband the run-around. We now have to take extra time and money to take him to small claims court esp since he called the cops on my property w/ 4 men behind him and later kept stalling and lying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
