Warranty claim service. Flushed out our pipes due to a bad installation of a water softner by Blessed Plumbing . Did not do the job correctly

The lady who picks up the call is such a rude lady. Would not recommend this Ohio town & country services. She doesn’t know how to speak or manage her customers. She’s so rude, never in my life encountered any rude person in service business, she needs to learn!

Absolutly pathetic. Have a OPEN claim thru our home warranty company with this guy since September 2014. What a joke, won't return calls, empty promises, complete waste of our time. Do yourself a favor, don't contact them!

Receptionist is extremely rude!!! She may want to find a job that doesn’t force her to deal with the public.I don’t pay for services from companies that cannot treat others respectfully. Many of their other reviews seem to line up with my experience.

Though initially it was difficult to set up an appointment (during the holidays so understandable), once the appointment was setup he arrived on time, analyzed the situation quickly. The replacement appointment was prompt and installed the unit quickly.

Do not use this company. They don’t answer their phone - I needed to use them to repair my furnace as I had no heat. Only to learn they actually weren’t taking appointments until the following week but never communicated that to me, which delayed getting my heat turned back on.
