Staff was so helpful finding something the website said they had 39 of but we couldn't find. It was in boxes above the shelves and the 2 didn't give up looking.

No large bags at checkout. Only small grocery size. At a hardware store...? RIDICULOUS! Also the Christmas doormats were clear in the back of the store, not up front with the rest of the Christmas decs. At Halloween, they were up front. The Customer Service associate said she didn't see any online, when I asked her to look it up. That was stupid, too. I got some lame excuses from the checkout person, saying the Marysville store had large bags and this was an older store, and that Black Friday (more than a week ago) was the reason the mats were in the back. They need to get their act together.

Tried to return items/toilet parts bought few days ago but they refused.

I got help in a fair amount of time. I needed a skid of landscaping bricks loaded into the bed of my truck. The young man on the fork lift had a good attitude but did not understand the mechanics of the load. I had to help guide him in so he didn't take out the inside of the wheel well. He also needed help to get the forks free from the pallet. Thanks for doing the heavy lifting, but I'll look for a better operator next time.

These guys are the real deal. I had to leave for a trip on short notice, and they were able to complete my entire backyard in record time. They did it the right way, as well. They raked up the hard clay-like soil, removed all the rocks, laid down topsoil, then evenly installed my sod. If you’re looking for residential sod installation, this is the company you want, hands down.
