They will have you sitting forever & keep promising you something is only 1-3 weeks away. At the same time they'll keep putting up ads for new hires. I feel black balled since they found out the contractor wanted to hire me directly. Every time I call Melissa it's excuses. They claim they offer formal schooling but they don't in Indy. Not a company you'll stick with & will leave you hanging.
