excellent workexcellent respinsr

She is very great at what she does she play no games, Highly recommend!!

Always on time and does a through and complete cleaning. Floors are shining and smelling good. And she finds a place for everything. I work nights and wake up to a beautiful, fresh, clean home.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company... Very professional, Always on time, and hands down the best cleaning services I have ever received in my personal home and rental properties, I would recommend this company to anyone, the owner Lidia is awesome!

Great work! Lidia was on time, thorough and my house looked amazing afterwards. Will definitely book with LB Thomp Cleaning again!

Paid cleaner 275 to wipe down top of the stove and microwave. Missed many drawers and an entire bathroom which was half of the cleaning. Refused to give partial refund and claimed that she lost money when she got paid 275 for less than 2 hours of work. DO NOT USE THEM. Bad business practice and even worse results.

I'm never let down when it comes to this company. Very trustworthy, dependable and reliable. I called and told Lidia what i wanted and my vision and i came home to a masterpiece she really did organize and set up my office. I went from never opening my door to know i want everyone to see how well, neat and organized my workspace is. Im still in an aww and cant thank you enough. If you are looking for a dependable compnay you definitely need to contact Lidia.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I am so happy that I took the chance and hired this company for cleaning my apartment. Lidia was very professional and down to earth. I will definitely use them again in the future!!! If you’ve ever thought about hiring professionals to clean your house/apartment, don’t think about it just do it. If you hire this company, you will not regret it!!! Thank you so much! You have turned my stressful situation into a peaceful new beginning.

Thank you for the excellent residential cleaning service! The team exceeded my expectations with their attention to detail and professionalism. I will definitely be using this company moving forward and highly recommend them to others!

When it's good it's good but when it's bad you will be ghosted. I keep reading how professional Lidia is. So why when she destroyed MY cabinets I get, "Ouch, sorry it dried like that". She did not know how to clean basic kitchen oak cabinets. They had grease on them. A little Murphy's Oil Soap and boom it would have been done. No, she scrubbed so hard with some chemical that removed the varnish and stain. Went straight into the wood and now it is blackened.
My graphite stove that is not even a year old now has white spots all over the oven door handle. Not repairable!
I was very nice to her because I support Black Owned Businesses. When you destroy someone else's property it is your moral and ethical responsibility to make amends.

Lbthomp did an awesome job on my home. I recently moved and needed help and guidance organizing and cleaning my new combined space. Lbthomp stepped in and has my place looking beautiful with everything in its right place. I’m grateful and will be calling again. Thank you!

LB Cleaning are professionals who shows up and gets the job done! Thank you Lidia for the wonderful job done in my hair salon, the floors never looked better!

The best cleaning services hands down !! Lidia is very organized, detailed and thorough with the service she provided. I have now booked her several times and will be booking again. If you are looking for a company that is personable, punctual, reliable, and professional this is the company for the job.

Dishonest and no communicative - I had two cleaning services saved in my phone and had another service do a cleaning for me. I sent them $800 by Zelle but it was ACCIDENTALLY sent to this company whom I never worked with. They WILL NOT return my calls - I've called, emails texts over 10 times and crickets. SO SO dishonest guys- I'd never let ppl line that in my house to clean that's for sure. Honesty and integrity is everything. I went ahead and paid the other company of course so I've paid twice and you are just holding onto money that is not yours
