HVAC reviews in Richwood, Ohio

Richwood Heating and Air are the best. They are honest and give very fair prices, saved me thousands from a big AC company trying to upsell me. They were professional and upfront with everything. It's hard to find that in a business these days. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their heating or cooling fixed. You can't go with anyone else but Richwood Heating and Air.

This was the worst service we ever had. They service my hvac and after that my air stopped working after they serviced it. As it was working before. I called them back and they said that it was my thermostat. And didn't come back to check it. I hired another credible company and told us it had way to much refrigerant in it. They fixed it and now it runs wonderful! I will never use Richwood Heating and Air again.

We called Richwood heating and cooling for our ac unit going out. They came out same day and timely as well. Fixed the issue and gave us some great recommendations on which filters to use with our furnace as well. This is second time doing business with them and will keep going through them for our furnace and ac needs ! Highly recommend!

Richwood Heating and Air has been our go to for any, and all, HVAC needs for the past 8 years. From seasonal check-ups to troubleshooting and replacements, I would only use this company. They’re fast to respond, if I don’t get an answer. Quick to schedule. And most importantly, the work is impeccable and done with a smile. I would recommend to any and everyone that is within the service area for them!!

Great, prompt service, was able come the same day. Erwin is a no-nonsense guy, he found the problem with our AC right away and was able to fix/replace what was needed. Pricing was extremely reasonable, especially compared to another quote we got.

My husband and I appreciated the honesty and reliability of Erwin and his son. They replaced our entire heating and air-conditioning system. Our house is very open and large in some areas. Erwin made a suggestion for heating that made the house very comfortable. Pricing was extremely reasonable and work was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend using this company for any of your heating or air-conditioning needs.
