Second time I’ve had them come out for an issue. Always prompt and professional. No complaints and get the job done correctly.

Had a major water line break They were referred to me and glad they were. This was a much bigger project with locating leak, identifying gas and sewer line and coordinating digging and utilities involved. This was all explained up front. Wish I didnt need them but s### happens. Speedy, up front and educational. Highly recommend them. Experience was excellent

A young man from Shoreside Plumbing installed my dishwasher. He was courteous, efficient, and thorough! While he was here, he noticed some other issues we have with our well water. He mentioned some of the services they offer that might help but was not at all pushy!
I will support local business as much as I can but only if they're truly worth it.
Shoreside Plumbing is definitely worth it and I am calling them again!

They came out and fixed three leaky old hose bibs, which required cutting out drywall and installing access panels. We are very happy with the quality and speed of the work done, and everyone we've spoken to has been professional. Will definitely be calling Shoreside again the next time we have a plumbing need.

Shoreline plumbing was able to take care of my plumbing job the day I called. The service technicians were friendly and easy to work with. Their installation was very solid and properly supported. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the work area once the job was complete. Will definitely call them for any needs in the future

Highly recommend this company! When calling and speaking to Tina in the office, she is very detailed and accurate. The professionalism and honesty of an ETA, which was next day, was much appreciated. She took detailed notes on what I needed to have completed for the sale of my house to go through. She and the team understood I now live 70 miles away and can not easily access the old property and was willing to work with me over the phone. Once the techs got to the property, they called to update me on work completed, parts needed, and other problems we had once they turned the water back on (been off for 2 years). They continued to keep me updated as they went along and completed what they could for the day. They will be returning to the property quickly once the ordered parts come in.

This is a very HONEST company and that does not take advantage of your pocket book! I couldnt appreciate them more! The stress relief alone of trusting them to complete the work correctly is worth a million bucks! Thank you Shoreside, you are AMAZING!

Came home from vacation to find my Grandmother's water heater leaking in her house. Had been leaking for at least 2days. Water everywhere.

My Grandmother called Shoreside's emergency line since it was a Sunday night. Was able to get ahold of the office and they sent a tech right out.

He was able to show me what was going on and how he could fix it.
Replaced the leaking valve and even put a shut off handle for the water heater on the tank for us since we didn't have one. Got everything done in an hour. Really appreciative of his work and how quickly he came out to help us. 👍☺️

They got me in the next day, right before Thanksgiving. I was extremely grateful due to having family in from North Carolina. Not a good time to have a leaky toilet. We really needed our extra bathroom with 7 people in the house.
UPDATE: Well, after a few weeks, it still doesn't leak, but they shimmed it and now it rocks so bad it's only a matter of time before it starts leaking again. It's like riding a mechanical bull. I always thought that toilets were "Bolted" down, but there's just two screws holding it down. And they're not working. 🙁

Do not use this company!!!! They sold me a new hot water tank when it didn’t need replaced. My old hot water tank was not venting properly, exhaust gas was coming in my house, so the technician said a new tank would solve the issue. Once the new tank was installed the venting issue continued and when I called they stated they would not be able to check the issue for a week. I had to call the gas company and a different plumber because I could not have exhaust gasses in my home. Do not use!!!!!!

Response to below comment from owner: it’s been a week since the owner has come to my house and agreed to fix the situation. I’ve left 3 messages for him but never received a call back. Do not use this company as they do not honor what they say
