Plumbing reviews in Rootstown, Ohio

Hired Tom when we needed an emergency service, he came out extremely fast, was extremely professional, and offered a great price. Tom is a part of our community and takes care of all of us. We will use him on all of our future jobs.

We had a big leak requiring only a small repair. I found Tom online and called him because he is, essentially, a neighbor. He came right over, put on a mask without complaining, and fixed the problem. Only charged a service fee. I'm thrilled to find someone so close by and so responsive!

Tom came out the same day. Great pricing and quality work. So impressed, I put his number in my phone and shared his info with a neighbor. He made my day!

Tom is always there when we have a plumbing emergency or even if we just have a regular service call! He's always polite & courteous! We recommend him whenever someone says they need a plumber! It's always nice to know that we can send him to a rental to handle an emergency for our tenants too! Definitely would recommend calling him for any of your plumbing needs!

With 30+ years of experience Tom is easily the best plumber in the area. With his courteous, professional, no nonsense approach he was able to fix and diagnose my plumbing problems at a great price. Would recommend to anyone having issues. A++++
