Rob came out on a service call yesterday. He was upfront about pricing. The problem ended up being a bad light switch, and he quickly changed it out and was done. I chose this business because of all the great ratings, and I am very happy with my choice. I would 100% call again if I needed electrical repair.

Ethan and Ben were great. They knew what to do, and how to go about doing it. They were very professional, and did not leave a mess. We are very satisfied.

Adam was very knowledgeable, explaining what needed to be done offering ideas for the job. It's refreshing to receive old fashioned service in these times were in. We will recommend your service to all.

We are so happy we chose Mister Sparky to service our electrical problem. Every single outlet in our finished basement was not working. I work from home and my work desk/computer is in this part of our home so it was an emergency. The customer service representative was polite and very informative. She quickly got us on the schedule. Ethan H was out the very next morning. I knew in advance what he looked like from a text I received and read his previous reviews also included (all good). Ethan was so courteous and respectful. He went over all the details of the process of finding the issue and discussed pricing. He was so knowledgeable and went right to work. He was able to find the problem and fix it. He had everything he needed with him to complete the job. After he completed the job he explained everything he did and I learned things from him that were important to know. He moved everything back and plugged everything in after doing thurough testing. Everything was back in order in an "over and above" way. Ethan is a hard worker and very particular about perfection. I am so impressed with him as a worker and person. He represents Mister Sparky well and so did the customer service representative. It was reasonably priced. We are very satisfied customers and will use them again if needed. I will highly recommend this company. These team members should be valued and rewarded as this kind of service is what makes returning customers. Well done!

Fantastic experience with Mr. Sparky. Easy to schedule, very thorough inspection, great installation - with minimal cuts to access wiring, and great cleanup. The technicians were very professional, nice and good at explaining the work. Would definitely use this company again.

We are so grateful that Adam came out so quickly and rebuilt our service after a tornado ripped the whole service and meter off. He started the build day one after inspecting the damage and came back the next business day to finish it. Because of the quick response we were able to have power restored only shortly after our neighbors. A neighbor who is a retired electrician even commented on what an impeccable job they did with the new service build!

Ethan and Adam showed up on time. They looked professional and were respectful in our home. After looking at the job they discussed options with me and completed the job promptly and neatly.

I was on the verge of an electrical fire, literally. They came out the same day and Adam and Logan resolved numerous electrical issues the same day. Adam was very knowledgeable and efficient, Logan was in training and still did a good job. Both were polite and professional. Prices were fair. I will use again in the future if needed.

Ethan was professional, cleaned and swept everywhere while wearing covers on his shoes. The installation was at times difficult, but he did the magic and everything is just perfect. What I imagined was a one hour project was actually three. The fee for the project was discussed in advance to provide a standard fee. The professionalism, personality, and knowledge of his trade was quite impressive. I recommend you invest in the best and be worry free.

Quick service! I was able to get an appointment the next day and am quite pleased with the level of communication I received. Adam was professional and very knowledgeable. I’m totally satisfied with his solutions, especially given our house is very old and we have knob-and-tube in many places. He installed an electrical box and chandelier, removed track lighting, and diagnosed and removed another chandelier which wasn’t functioning. I would recommend his service and will likely use Mister Sparky for future electrical needs.

Ethan and Blake were great! I needed a recessed floor outlet removed and they had the job done quickly! They both were very kind and Ethan was great at explaining what they were doing and going over everything with me! Will be using Mister sparky again if any other electrical jobs are needed!

Have had mr. Sparky do work in the past, a 2 day job. Requested Ethan and his partner who is now a manager based on the effort they put in to previous job. This time I needed a list of things done for house sale. Ethan and his new partner were fast and no BS or upcharges. Would call them again in a heartbeat.

Adam did a great job fixing and upgrading my closet and family lighting. He suggested a better way to light the family room that has made a tremendous difference in the room. He was prompt, worked clean and followed up on any questions we had.
