Ken came to our home this morning to do a estimate on a furnace and the estimate came out to around 7,050 and we told him we didn’t have a furnace for around 3 years and he really worked with us to get the price lowered down to 5,000. We are so grateful for this company and Ken we highly recommend using them for any of your home repairs that you may need very respectful and will definitely be calling them again if needed.

My pipe leak happened on a Friday and I live in a mobile home. I was worried that i would be without water for the entire weekend. Some plumbers do not service mobile homes so I called around and All Seasons Heating & AC said they would help me and sent a young man out who was professional and took care of the leak right away.

I had my system initially installed by One Hour. Within the warranty period a part failed. I was told over the phone it wouldn't be 'that part' as it doesn't fail and that they cannot warranty anything wrong because I did not sign up for their annual check ups at X amount. Tech came out found out it was 'that part' and spent the next couple hours trying to source it as it was not a typical failure part. They billed the part at 200% over retail and then the service call plus additional time.
So in the end did not honor the warranty, over charged for the part, charged for call and additional time that he spend to get the part. When I called afterwards to express my concerns, the warranty was brought up. After talking with the person the part that failed is not an item that is checked on the annual maintenance. Continuing talking with them, they did honor the 100% satisfaction guarantee they offer as I as far from 100%!

Prior to selling the same home, the buying inspector stated that the vent installed in the chimney was not satisfactory. Seeing how One Hour did that install and any failure to code would be on them to repair, I made the call again. I EXPRESSLY instructed the scheduling person that this is a vent only inspection, that I needed written confirmation that it was done correctly, nothing more. The tech came out, verified, then continued to inspect and write recommendations on the sheet for other items. Ended up charging additional time over the minimum for his 'inspections and recommendations'. Total BS and not what I expressly asked for in the statement of work needed.

I would NOT recommend as they overcharge for parts and drag their feet to get additional time billed. There are many HVAC companies, find another. This franchise seems to be run unethicality. 2 stars because of their honor of the guarantee.

Ken is the man! He showed me everything that was wrong with my furnace and why it needed replaced. Professional, courteous and takes pride in his job. 5/5

Awesome emerg service, then install of furnace and air cond. Quick to respond, respectful and hard working. From customer service, emerg tech and install techs I am very satisfied. A1 met and exceeded all my expectations.

Joe was very pleasant and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was also very thorough with determining what we needed.

The technicians came and did involved testing and investigation into my problem. Having found no evidence of trouble that they would need to repair, they charged me a simple service call fee. I am quite satisfied with their work.

They were able to get me on the schedule for the same day as my furnace going out. They were also the only company to get back ro me. Devon was helpful and knowledgeable and was able to fix my very old furnace.

Joel texted that he was on his way prior to arriving. He was polite and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the problems. He was careful to close both sets of doors so my rescue dog did not slip away and get lost. I'm using my husband's phone to text this. CMG
