After countless issues with our treadmill (over months of frustration with the manufacturer) and so many repair companies (taking our money) trying to help but fail, we finally contacted Tristen. He was able to solve our treadmill issue fast and efficiently. If you ever need help with a treadmill, I strongly recommend Tristen is the one to talk to. Honest guy, treats you like family and gets the job done!

I own this Company. I repair all makes and models of all Fitness Equipment in and around Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.

I have attempted to make an appointment with this company for months. They don't return phone calls or emails. It's absolutely impossible to get service.

You won't answer my calls to return and fix my elliptical machine which you took apart and told me to order a part. Now I have a machine that is taken apart and an expensive part sitting here.

I called their number and the answerer told me that he was in the middle of a job and would call me back tomorrow morning. I went to give him my number and he said he had it on his phone. 3 days later I've heard nothing. If he was overwhelmed with work, he simply needed to tell me that. It doesn't matter if you are great at repairs if you not accessible.

I really wanted to give a 5-Star Review and gave them multiple multiple multiple chances to make things right. He seems like a good guy, but I'm running out of options and time. However, after the owner's refusal to respond to my numerous attempts to come back and finish the job he started, he no longer returns my texts. He took apart my treadmill and elliptical machines - and didn't put either of them back together after I ordered the correct parts. The replacement treadmill motor I bought that he installed doesn't seem to work correctly, and a second one I bought is sitting here waiting to be installed. Several months, multiple purchase of spare parts, 5 trips to my home and 3 payments later - neither of my exercise machines work. He now ignores my requests for help. If you are happy with the following business practices, then this company is absolutely right you: Doesn't show up on time (rarely lets you know he's running late), doesn't show up on the day he says he will be there (no communication to let you know he's not coming), numerous excuses (some are understandable, but most are not) for not coming and not telling you, mis-diagnosis of my elliptical and he had me order the wrong part (this caused a lengthy delay to get the right part - followed by another delay to receive it - followed by more trips (and more labor costs) required to my home to do the repair and extra $$$ for parts I didn't need). Like I said I tried REALLY HARD to make this work - the owner apparently wasn't interested in finishing the job. I'm still waiting for him to reply to my requests for help. If he contacts me and finishes the jobs, I'll retract this 1-star review.

I reached out not knowing how to repair my treadmill, and within one hour he reached out to me through text and diagnosed the problem instantly and even showed me which part to buy, and further explained how to fixed it. The treadmill was fixed and he did not charge me a single penny. I'm completely satisfied.

I am 66. Tristen reached out to me after I called and needed my treadmill fixed. He came out and repaired my treadmill within a hour. I was very pleased with his services. $150 to fix my $5000 dollar treadmill. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Tristan came out to repair my treadmill and did an excellent job! My wife and I tried everything, to no avail. Tristan promised he'd get the treadmill working, and, by gosh, he did!!! If you have fitness equipment you need fixed, call FITNESS REPAIR Llc!!!!!!!!!

Tristen drove to Indiana to help me. I live in Elkhart. I've reached out to other companies, but they didn't respond, or wanted way too much. I'm on a fixed income, and Tristen only charged me $150. The same as he charged the customers near him. He returned and fixed my bike and only charged me for how long it took. Which was less then a half hour. I highly recommend this company. I will be using this company in the future

Tristan did a great job repairing our 20 year old commercial elliptical!!! He was informative in giving suggestions regarding its mechanical and overall care/ maintenance. His services were most appreciated and highly recommended .

I cannot say enough good things about Tristen. He answered my texts quickly and had me do some pictures and videos to try to save a service call to diagnose the problem. He fixed my 17 year old treadmill and its running like new! He gave me advice on how to maintain it too. Excellent service. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Rob came out on a service call yesterday. He was upfront about pricing. The problem ended up being a bad light switch, and he quickly changed it out and was done. I chose this business because of all the great ratings, and I am very happy with my choice. I would 100% call again if I needed electrical repair.

Ethan and Ben were great. They knew what to do, and how to go about doing it. They were very professional, and did not leave a mess. We are very satisfied.
