This place never answers the phone. Sends calls to voice mail and ever returns the call.

They were kind and thorough on fixing sinks and our shower temperature. They spent a long time making sure it was done right.

If it wasn’t already raining hard enough, the quarter of my house had runoff and they had to dig a 3 foot deep hole to replace Old sub pump. Zero complaints coming from him and if that wasn’t enough, it was way cheaper than I expected. Thank you.!

Flowmasters Plumbing installed a new gas line to my fireplace. They were extremely neat and actually cared about the quality of their install. At a later date they returned to help with the fireplace installation. I was having issues with the flame not working as it should. They were able to trouble shoot the problem, help me with some vent issues and now the fireplace is working perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a quality plumbing company.

Completely unprofessional and unreliable. This plumbing company does not answer the phone—at all. Calls are ignored, voicemails go unanswered, and follow-ups never happen. Once they’re done with the job (and paid), they might as well vanish.

Poor communication is one thing, but outright ignoring customers is unacceptable, especially for a service business. If you expect basic customer service, accountability, or the ability to actually reach the company you hired, look elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with this plumbing company. The work initially seemed fine, but once problems showed up and it was time to talk about warranty, they became completely unreachable. Calls go unanswered, voicemails aren’t returned, and it feels intentional at this point.

A company that stands behind its work doesn’t dodge customers. If you’re expecting follow-up service or warranty support, don’t count on it. Save yourself the frustration and choose a plumber who actually answers the phone after they’ve been paid.
