My wife and I recently bought a home with a furnace and A/C unit that were on their way out. On top of that, we inherited a slowly leaking hot water tank with the home. Optimum Climates was very helpful with helping us navigate the multiple options that were available to help us choose the right units for us. They were able to install both units and upgrade us from our hot water tank to a tankless water heater quickly and efficiently. Matt put in some long hours to ensure that we would not go a day without hot water or air in the middle of winter. He was very professional and took care to make sure he did not track in snow and mud into our home.

We live in the city of Medina which required a thorough inspection of the installation. The inspector had only great things to say for the quality of work put into our systems and found no deficiencies. We were very pleased with our experience and would recommend Optimum Climates to anyone who values honest and hard working professionals.

Matt replaced a 40+ year old oil furnace for me several years back and did a great job so I didn’t hesitate to call him when it was time for some general cleaning/maintenance. Once again Matt did a great job and took the time to answer my questions to insure this one will last for many years.

Matt was a true master of his craft. My furnace went out and he was at my house the same day and quickly informed me I needed a new one. The furnace of my 84 year old dad went out right when the temps were going to be in the single digits. Matt was referred by family and I have nothing but good things to say. We received a good quote and he was able to move things around the next day so we'd have heat before the temperatures got super cold. The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The fact he went above and beyond to fit us in is highly appreciated. 5 stars all the way.
