Literally every service professional sent to my home by this company is very well trained, responsible, and thorough. The person who cleaned my home today, Onyx, however, created a new standard of excellence in thouroughness.

When I returned to my residence after her work on it, it was clear to me that Onyx had attacked the dust and dirt in my home like it owed her vig on a mafia loan. Onyx displayed an almost Incredible enthusiastic dedication to housecleaning that managed to exceed even what I've come to expect from MaidBrite.

Clearly the training and selection of their employees is a strength of this company. I highly recommend their services.

MaidBrite is a wonderful, local and woman owned company In Shaker Heights, OH. Mary Jo came to my new home and designed a plan for our first deep clean and now our bi-monthly maintenance cleanings. I have been completely satisfied with the professionalism and hard work from her excellent staff ( Montee, Lexie, Arthur and now Ashley). I have had experience with many cleaning companies over the years and I know a great one when I am lucky enough to find one. Mary Jo is very open to any questions or concerns and wants her clients to be completely satisfied.

From the minute I called to schedule, they were incredibly professional. I had an urgent need and they were able to schedule to meet my needs. Molly was very nice and did a really thorough job. The kitchen and bathroom needed a lot of work and both are sparkling now! I would definitely use Maid Brite again and recommend them to anyone looking for a good cleaning service.

The staff at Maid Brite LLC have been wonderful to work with--I really needed help in determining which services I needed, and the follow up afterwards was greatly appreciated--real customer service. I really appreciated Nita: her patience as well as her thorough and thoughtful approach to developing a plan of action and then sending the perfect team for fulfilling it. I had a very good experience with the couple that came to clean my home: after a quick walk through we discussed the priority HOT SPOTS and they immediately set to work. They were very professional, and immediately put my husband and me at ease. The work was well done and thorough based on our agreed upon priorities. Although initially I simply wanted a one-time service, I have decided to use Maid Brite on a bi-weekly basis based on the very personalized and well executed service I received. Kudos to Mary Jo, Nita, and the special team that made my home gleam.

We just had Maid Brite LLC clean our house, it was the first time we've used a cleaning service. Art and Tru were our associates and they did a great job. They were very friendly to me and my daughter and I felt really comfortable leaving while they cleaned the house. Came home and the house looks great; we keep finding more things that are now clean, they had great attention to detail and we look forward to continuing using Maid Brite.

I have been using Maid Brite since the beginning of this year. It has been a great experience, especially since the owner, MaRiahh, is so easy to work with and strives to make sure I am satisfied with each clean. The service always sends at least one person who has been at the house consistently so that I don't have to re-orient a crew each time. From the beginning they've tailored our clean to meet our specific needs which means they always get to the areas that need the most attention. I have very high standards, and a very difficult house to keep clean. They have generally met my standards (which is saying something!) and if not, they've been exceptionally easy to work with to get things done to my satisfaction. Could not recommend them more highly.

We hired MaidBright to clean our home after having all of the wood floors refinished. It was a dusty mess from ceiling to walls and all horizontal surfaces. The MaidBright crew took great care of the newly refinished floors, and left the home perfectly clean. They were easy to work with and reasonably priced. We highly recommend!

Maidbrite has been our cleaner of choice for several years. We appreciate the attention they pay to cleaning our home, and the care they take with our possessions as they move through our rooms. Cleaners and office staff are consistently friendly and responsive to our requests and concerns.

I paid for a top down delux cleaning in an empty apartment...6.7 hours worth of cleaning time and here are my thoughts.

The gentleman that came to my home was nice and cordial. I spent my time washing the downstairs walls as this was not included in the delux cleaning and I also spent some time cleaning out the washer and dryer.

When the gentleman was done - before the 6.7 hours were up everything appeared fine. when my husband came over later to help me move some stuff in he noticed that there were some areas that were def overlooked and also still quite dirty.

I ended up having to clean much of the apartment including the stairs and kitchen that still had a considerable about of dirt on them.

In the end stuff was cleaned, but not really clean and I had to go back over several things that did not get done like the ceiling fans. I don't think I would purchase another deluxe cleaning in the future.

EDIT: At no point was I asked to walk through the apartment to see if things were alright , I was asked as the cleaner said he was done and on his way out if things looked good, to which I quickly replied yes as I was also cleaning at the apartment that day on the first floor. Upon closer inspection when the cleaner left I found "missed spots" including below. This was more than a few missed spots. I discovered most of this when I had to re clean my apartment. Smiley face added on cabinet for comparison of me actually cleaning it.

Each and every time we have used the services of MaidBrite, as we do each month, they do a complete and thorough cleaning of our home. I am a person who is experiencing symptoms of early onset dementia, and the most recent team sent by MaidBrite, Savannah and Catherine, were particularly caring and helpful in their approach to cleaning my home and to making me feel comfortable with their work in my personal space. While MaidBrite doesn't send the same team every time they come, they always send highly trained, competent, and motivated staff who truly, as they say "put the hurt on dirt." I highly recommend MaidBrite to anyone seeking to make their home clean without doing it themselves. Their pricing is fair and they are highly responsive. I am a big fan of MaidBrite.

I have had quite a few cleaners and absolutely no one compares! I literally didn’t have to clean for a month. Just normal vacuuming. My house smelled amazing. They thoroughly cleaned every nook and cranny. Sweet girls as well. You won’t be disappointed!

I called this land scaping service to come out and trim a couple bushes and clean out a flower bed . They told me that they will come out Saturday for the estimate and they didn't . They have horrible customer service . Not Recommended.

Perhaps Liberatore should stick to Landscaping because they're absolutely dreadful at plowing snow. There's always and excuse why they don't plow as agreed. If you're a professional business you should have a contingency plan.

This was the worst customer service experience of my life. Hired them to plow my driveway and found myself constantly having to call them to get them to come In a timely fashion. Sometimes it would snow all the previous night and day and they wouldn't come till late at night. The guy who answers the phone is openly hostile. Once it was snowing all day and they hadn't come yet, I called and asked when they would be there. They yelled at me for "calling on a f-Ing Sunday. Several times during the winter I need to push my car up the driveway because it just wasn't getting plowed. Other times I gave up and just shoveled. I tried to cancel my contract and get a partial refund. They said there are no refunds then threatened to cancel my contract with no refund. They said it is in the contract that they can cancel on you and provide no refund!!! This seems criminal to me but that is the way they work. The last snow of the year they didn't even bother to plow at all. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people.

They've done a poor to mediocre job at snow removal. I pay more than my neighbors for their service meanwhile my driveway is snow covered, my driveway apron is a narrow tunnel and my garage door is blocked with a snow and ice mound. On heavy snow fall days the truck would only show up once and you're left to sort out the additional snowfall (in most cases 3-4 inches of snow).

Attempts to get this sorted out with Dominic have fallen on deaf ears.

I have had dealings with numerous salespeople, contractors, and suppliers over the years, but I have never dealt with someone as UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL as Dominic Liberatore. Additionally I found him to be UNTRUSTWORTHY, INCONSISTENT, RUDE and BRASH. Dominic would like to impress you with his expertise and experience, but it’s all BS, the typical Jack of all trades but master of none. He doesn’t use contracts, or offer guarantees, and the only place you will see his signature is on the back of your payment check! He operates in DIRECT VIOLATION of Ohio Revised Code 4722.04. “A contractor may not take as a down payment more than 10% of the contract price before the supplier’s performance begins.

There is a Latin saying, “Caveat Emptor”, which means Buyer Beware!” Look up the word “jerk” in the dictionary and you will probably see his picture!

I hired Liberatore Landscape to remove a tree and grind the stump. They removed the tree in August 2021. They didn’t mention there was an extra charge to remove the debris from grinding. They ground the stump in June 2020. (Yes, nine months later.) They left a mountain of debris and told me it was my fault because I elected not to have it removed. I have never had a tree removed. I had no idea I needed to pay extra. They didn’t ask me about it when I was hiring them. When pressed on the issue, the owner was rude. So, I have to hire someone else to pick up the debris. If that wasn’t enough, he doesn’t have his own crew, he subcontracts the work. When they removed the tree there were workers standing around not doing much, and then they left a mess. I wouldn’t recommend this contractor.

Liberatore Landscaping was fantastic. They transformed my backyard into a beautiful space and, in in the process, gave me great advice on how to care for my new plants. The owner was on site throughout the day to make sure the job was done correctly. I can't say enough about the men who performed the work. They were polite, hard working and self-directed. Liberatore Landscaping pays attention to details and to my needs as a customer. They made great suggestions about which plants would best suit my needs and the results are fabulous. I'm already planning my next project for my front yard!

Used them for two years on snow plowing. I should have dumped them the first year. They were almost always late and sometimes they forgot my house. Also endured 1 1/4 years of landscaping. They waited way too long to start mowing both Springs. I had the worst looking lawn on the block and had to call them numerous times before they finally completed the first mowing. On the first year I did my own spring cleanup, but I asked them to do spring cleanup in year 2. I had to ask several times before they showed up. They were on time and material and the billing was reasonable, but they did not complete the job. They mulched a couple of beds, did not trim any bushes and failed to cleanup a pile of leaves by my house. In May I said "enough is enough" and moved on.

I am pleased to say that Liberatore Landscaping has been extremely helpful to my family during a time of stress. After our mother passed away, we needed to take care of her extensive landscaping and gardens while we prepared and placed her house on the market. All while none of us live in the Cleveland area. Dominic and his crews did some intensive garden work in spring 2011, and then made sure to keep the property cared for and maintained throughout the summer and fall. Reliability and good communication are just a few of the attributes that I would use to describe the service we received from Liberatore Landscaping. Thanks!

Liberatore Landscape Construction provided tremendous customer service and began the process of transforming our home's landscape. Working directly with Dominic made the process run very smoothly; after an initial miscommunication about what exactly my wife and I were thinking, we got together and actually whiteboarded out the plan. Dominic made adjustments to the original design plan to better fit our budget and staged the installation so we could continue the implementation over time. Dominic and his team were prompt and efficient, knocking things out in about 2 days. We have been receiving compliments on the caliber of work Liberatore Landscape Construction as well as the professionalism of the crew.
