I'm writing to thank you for sending Deanna & Germile to clean my apartment today. Besides being courteous and friendly, they did a magnificent job on my apartment. They did everything I asked them to do, and then some. They found dirt in places I wasn't even aware of. And they worked very diligently and quickly. The bottom line is my apartment is spotless, and I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them and Maidbrite to others.

I got a top to bottom clean for 9 hours, they came in and did 4 hours of work poorly (I still have cobwebs/pet hair everywhere when they left). Not only that but I had to remind the people cleaning my house to wipe down surfaces they were leaving that hadn’t been touched like cleared tables/shelves. Also when I called they lied about their arrival time and I had to correct the hours worked. I would not recommend this company if you want a clean home.

Everyone writes about their extraordinary "cleaning" experiences but I would only expect the best from Mary Jo and her team. I want to discuss Cat and Linda's flexibility - how they understand my preferences and their willingness to change my pre-established cleaning schedule to accommodate what I may need during a specific week. Such delightful people and truly appreciated. They make Maid Brite different and special!

I am so happy to be using Maid Brite's services again. They used to clean my 5 bedroom house in Shaker Heights. Now I've downsized and I had my first cleaning in my new Cleveland Heights bungalow. When I came home it was like stepping into a Ritz hotel room. Not a spot or mote anywhere. Jada and Lexi went so far as to line up all my little perfumes, make little points on the toilet paper, consolidate magazines and so much more. I almost forgot I had cats - no evidence of their fur in corners or anywhere. And I resisted turning on the faucet in the kitchen, the sink gleamed so - I didn't want to mess anything up. Tip: Get the top-to-bottom for your first cleaning. It will set you back a few bucks, but every time they come back for the weekly clean your house will sparkle. It is worth every penny.

Maid Brite has cleaned my home on Courtland Blvd. in Shaker Heights, and then my house in Orange Village, for 7 years. Both the cleaning and the customer service were excellent. There were times that my bathroom literally shone and I had to call the company and tell them how good they were. Probably not the cheapest choice…. but absolutely the best. You get what you pay for. Try them once and you'll be hooked.

When I was investigating cleaning services, I looked for reviews on Angie's List, Google Review, and the Better Business Bureau. I ended up choosing MaidBrite because of the good reviews and that they were a local company. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner of MaidBrite came out to do a thorough consultation in my house. She was extremely nice and walked through my home to discuss what would be done and finding out my wishes. When she left I felt I was in very capable hands! My first cleaning was a top to bottom of the bathroom and it exceeded my expectations! I happened to be home, and the cleaner wanted me to check the work afterwards to ensure that I was satisfied. It was an amazingly beautiful job! I look forward to having MaidBrite come every two weeks!

I especially like Maid Brite’s cost-effective method of designing a plan that rotates the cleaning services in less-used rooms so that the whole house is always clean for an affordable regular fee, and I always know what work is on the schedule each time they come. In addition to providing a consistent and dependable level of service over the long haul, they have always been able to accommodate special requests for periodic "deep cleaning" services, adding infrequently-used rooms to my regular cleaning schedule when I’m expecting guests, and changing the date of our regularly scheduled cleaning when we are planning to entertain. The owner, Mary Jo, truly values her staff, which results in long-time employees who are invested in their jobs and have a sense of ownership of their work.

We have used MaidBrite for home cleaning services for the last two years. We've been very pleased overall. The management team has been incredibly responsive, often answering emails within minutes of me sending a message, and have been willing to work with us on rescheduling or adding in services when needed. We've had a variety of cleaners over the last several months but were especially pleased with Jada and Senni, who recently cleaned our home very thoroughly and with lots of attention to detail. The company has also been transparent about their COVID precautions and have taken extra steps to make sure their cleaners and us customers are happy, healthy, and safe!
