This place is fine if you know exactly what you need. I asked the counter guy if I needed a connector between 1/2 pvc conduit and a 1 gang box. I was told "we only sell parts, you'll have to ask an electrician". Johnson Electric in Blue Ash was MUCH more helpful.

I had the greatest experience with Stewart! He went above and beyond to provide me the best customer service while handling multiple other affairs with other customers at the same time. Not to mention it was all at the end of the day rush and he had to stay late just to get my order fulfilled for a big job I had the next day. He and this whole team is so amazing and I can’t say enough good things about how much they were able to come through for me in a pinch. Thanks guys and thanks Stewart!! You’re awesome man.

i needed to have my whole house in Sharonville completely re-wired because mice had chewed up the old cables. the crew used new metal clad (BX) cable to make everything safer and stronger. we also needed to update our electrical service boxes to the latest models. Bautista Brothers Electricians sent out a team, usually four electricians each day, sometimes more or less, and it took about three weeks to get everything done. francis, one of the electricians, was always helpful and easy to reach whenever i had any questions. he made sure that everything was done right, and the job passed inspection with no problems. inside my house, they put in 5 smoke alarms, which were needed for the inspection. they also installed two ceiling fans, including one in the living room where there wasn't one before. i got a new dining-room light fixture and updated bulbs everywhere so the lighting looks modern and bright. the team had to make about 74 holes around the house to run all the new wires, and they set up a new 220/3-phase box for the air conditioner, plus another 220 single-phase for my shop equipment. i also got all new weatherproof sockets outside, and they added a couple more for my sprinkler system. in my shop, they put in an 8-foot double fluorescent light, and now there are plenty of outlets for all my tools. i was quoted a fair price for all this work, much lower than what another well-known company wanted to charge. francis didn’t even ask for a big deposit, and at the end of the job, he told me to keep $300, which i thought was really generous. i never felt rushed or like i was a bother—whenever i needed anything, he and the team were happy to help. everything works great now, and my house feels much safer. the new ceiling fan and lighting make a huge difference, and i finally have proper lights and sockets in my shop. the electricians were all polite and professional. i highly recommend this company if you need electrical work done—you'll be glad you chose them.
