We had Puspa come and tune up our A/C. He did a fantastic job. Very friendly and professional. Cleared a massive clog in our unit and got it working much more efficiently than before. Thankyou.
Puspa came out again to service our furnace and as always did a fantastic job cleaning it, checking and replacing filter.

Update, Elijah just came out to service our a/c unit. All I can say is that he was a perfect professional. Explained everything very well and we even spoke to plan on getting the water heater replaced. Thanks Elijah.

Lucas and Charlie just came out to service our ac unit. They were friendly and professional. Alerted me of any issues we were facing. Again very pleased with our service.

We had our spring AC serviced and the service technician was very thorough and very nice. If anybody wants a real professional ask for Dylan GRIMM

Leon was here and replaced our pressure booster and regulator on 8/21/24 and he was very professional and did a great job also in a timely manner. Thanks Leon

Brian came today and did our winter maintenance on our furnace. Brian always does a excellent job very thorough. Not to leave anybody out but everytime a technician comes they are very professional and thorough I highly recommend Knockelmann Service Expert.

Gregory Elliot came to check out furnace for not working and he found our flame sensor was dirty he cleaned it and it worked, He gave us a estimate for a new flame sensor at $425.00 which I think is very high. its not his fault on the price. I looked it up and you can buy the part for under $50 and it's not hard to replace.

I am very happy with the work Leon recently completed at my house. He was very professional, clearly communicated the service plan and did a very nice job. Thank you Leon and thanks Knochelmann Service Experts!

Thanks to Dylan Grimm of Knochelmann Service Experts. Before a leaking pipe became a large issue. Dylan replace parts that needed attention and averted any larger issues from developing.

Fast friendly service at an affordable price. Wednesday 2/18. Today Lucas came to my house to do a furnace inspection and tuneup. He was fast, friendly, and explained the procedure in detail. Overall it was a great experience.

Dylan came out today and cleaned a drain for me and he was absolutely the best service expert in the whole world. Whatever you’re paying that guy, please double it (probably triple it to be safe!)

Update - 2/4/2026 - so glad Pulsa came out and checked my furnace today. Turns out my heat pump wasn’t running and I didn’t realize it. Also my filter was very dirty. Very worth the visit. Thanks

I called Knochelmann for an issue with a mini splint, they were quick to schedule the service and diagnose the problem. Austin was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Dylan Grim did a great job with our refrigerator line at a fair price. Also brought some of the piping and water shut offs up to code.

We love Dylan Grimm for handling our plumbing emergencies! This is the second time he has been assigned to our house, and should the need arise in the future, we will definitely be requesting him as our forever service technician.
