We received great service from Knochelman and specifically Elijah Palermo. When our furnace stopped working Elijah came out quickly, fixed our issue, and answered our questions. Really great and professional work. Thank you!!

Puspa did an amazing and through job gave sound advice. I felt he had more insight than other technicians that had came out an serviced our home.

I rarely post reviews, but after Austin completed a service call at our home, I felt compelled to share our experience. He was personable, thorough, and highly knowledgeable.

After years of using Knochelmann, I had considered switching companies due to recent changes in the scheduling process, which I’ve found frustrating. Reaching someone by phone has become nearly impossible. However, Austin’s professionalism and expertise have changed my mind.

I sincerely hope Knochelmann will reconsider and improve their scheduling system.

Had furnace issues. Called a couple of other companies with no luck. Googled Heating and Air, Butler County and came across Knochelmann Heating and Air. Talked to an actual receptionist, got an appointment for an appraisal. They were on time. They explained what needed fixed and gave me a price that was reasonable to me. Set a date to do the repairs, Bryan was on time, did the job in a reasonable amount of time. Cleaned up the work area very nicely. I highly recommend Bryan Weber and Knochelmann heating and air if you have heat or air issues. Very professional. Thanks Mike Anderson

Lucas soothed our worries with a possible HVAC issue, with a minor repair solving a problem that could have gotten out of hand if not addressed promptly.

It snowed that night before our service appointment but Greg Elliot still arrived as expected. He was very thorough and polite. He completed a tuneup for our furnace and even provided a little extra cleaning service for our humidifier.

Found water on the floor by my hot water heater. My home warranty AHS assigned a repair service to me (not Knochelmann). The repair service assigned to me called and asked what was my issue, I explained finding water on the floor next to my hot water heater. I told the repair service assigned to me my hot water heater is less than 2 years old and was installed by Knochelmann. I also explained that I had placed a call to Knochelmann to inquire about any warranty coverage. The assigned repair service never came to my home to look at my issue, they just called me and submitted a claim to my home warranty AHS stating I needed a new hot water heater, with out of pocket costs of 1300.00 in addition to the 125.00 service call stating my issue was “normal wear and tear.” I called AHS and asked if I could pay out of pocket and get reimbursed since Knochelmann had installed the hot water heater and I probably had some type of warranty on my hot water heater. AHS declined my request, said they use reputable service contractors. My problem ended up being a failed bladder in my expansion tank. Cost 600 dollars to replace. Thank you Knochelmann for prompt and honest service.

Second time we’ve went with this company. Most recently for a heater tune up to make sure everything looks good. Jeff Pearce was great and gave us a heads up of a more extensive cleaning within the next year or so that we’ll likely need so we can be ready for it. 👍🏼

Eddie did a fantastic job of sharing all the information we needed.
He was professional, courteous, amiable and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having him come to our home. We would recommend Eddie for all your HVAC needs!

I called to have the come out to service tankless water heater. The came out within the hour condem it and gave quote to replace. Got approval and they came back the same day for replacement
Leon was great to work with and every friendly and knowledgeable he did great work and took pride in it.

The technicians Lucas Peterson and Bryan Weber were both patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. They thoroughly checked out the Lenox furnaces I have at different locations and assisted me with recommended filters, humidity pads and future furnace planning. They are both definitely valuable assets to the Knochelmann service team and are both highly recommended.

Knochelmann Services HVAC workers Greg and Eddie assessed and diagnosed our HVAC PROBLEMS. They were professional and clearly explained the issue and helped set up a work plan to resolve it. Dylan, plumber, quickly diagnosed our situation w a shower. He also explained what had happened and that there was no repair needed he fixed water heat situation.

Lucas, is an outstanding service technician. Timely, experienced, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Before he leaves he shares any findings or not. Jeffrey Pearce is very sharp, professional, and an outstanding at diagnosing HVAC problems. He was able to quickly understand the issues with our heat pump and identified great options to address them. I highly recommend Jeffrey!!!

Dylan and Tyler are amazing plumbers ! I highly recommend them. They spent almost 4 hours trying to diagnose my water heater and fix it properly !

Charlie and Lucas did a great job on maintenance for my parents Hvac system today. Replaced the air filter, checked to make sure there were no other issues. Everything was great, and they were very informative and helpful!
