Home Services reviews in Sheffield, Ohio

Green Impressions did a top notch job installing new landscaping in our backyard. Our plan come in over our stated budget, but incorporated everything we were looking for. We were able to easily make changes to the initial plans, and the work was installed per the plans - they actually made a few suggested tweaks along the way, but left it up to us to accept or decline. Communication was great. We had a few plants die, and they had no issue standing by their warranty and replacing them.

My yard was a complete nightmare after a long inground pool renovation we finished late last year. It was incredibly muddy, unclean mud filled with rock and construction debris, uneven, drainage was horrible, and ugly! I knew of Green Impressions because of their wonderful reputation here in NE Ohio and beautiful designs. Ryan came out and walked our property, recognized our concerns, listened to what goals we had for the future of our yard and having it not only look beautiful, but also have our yard drain properly due to the topography changes from our pool build the year before. It didn't take long for Ryan to get back to us with detailed drawings of our backyard and what changes they could make to make it function well and look amazing. He listened to every hope and idea we had and created it to a design better than we even imagined. Moving forward to the start date, Green Impressions showed up 100%, ready to work! The crew was incredibly respectful of my home and property. They worked incredibly hard the ENTIRE time. It was so refreshing to see a group of contractors show up with the full intention of a job well done and a hard day's work! In fact, a piece of equipment temporarily broke down, and it didn't stop them from finding something else to do. I was so impressed! It took a week to complete my yard, and I was almost emotional seeing the finished product. It was everything we wanted and more! Our yard came out absolutely beautiful! And all my worries were completely gone! From start to finish, from the moment Ryan reached out gathering information about our yard and our concerns, to him diligently listening to everything we hoped for, to watching it happen with hard work and utmost respect for my home the process and the outcome was truly the best! I could not be happier with the process and the results! My only regret was I had was, I wish I had them also build my pool also! I had no idea at the time they built pools, and knowing I could have saved myself a lot of time and work to have them do it all would have been more ideal for our situation! I will conclude by saying with full confidence that any future landscape or outdoor design and build that I have, I will only reach out to Green Impressions. The mental ease of knowing you're getting what you want with the highest quality is like nothing else. You not only get a perfect outcome but a perfect experience as well, and that's worth every dollar!

Green Impression cleaned and sealed our back patio. They were professional and did a great job. They were also wonderful at communicating, which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend them and would use Green Impressions again in a heartbeat!

We have been customers of Green Impressions for over 7 years, having used them for small and large projects at 2 different homes. We continue to be impressed by the professionalism of all team members. They do quality work and pay attention to detail. We appreciate the knowledge and expertise that they bring to a job, at a fair and reasonable price. We will without a doubt continue to use their services for future landscaping projects.

We put in an outdoor fireplace, TV and updated our landscaping. Joe Schill was great to work with to help design the concept. The entire crew was professional, polite and extremely hard workers. We LOVE our new outdoor area and can’t wait for football season! I will definitely be hiring again to do further landscape projects.

Green Impressions’ professionalism and workmanship was beyond my expectations from start to finish. It is obvious they take pride in their work. The finished product was more than I envisioned and everyone I dealt with was respectful and kind. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

G.I. just completed a large project at my home in Cleveland Heights. They were reliable and worked hard every day. In any large job like this, there are bound to be snafus. We had a few, but Green Impressions was quick to redress at no cost to me. The communication between the project coordinators and me was a little unpredictable, but I am convinced everyone there will work hard to improve.
I would certainly hire them again for hard and soft scaping my yard.

We hired Green Impressions to help in designing and installing a new patio and landscaping. From the initial design meetings to the final installation, everyone at the company was great to work with. Ryan helped to ensure that we came up with a design that met all of our needs while still coming within our budget and then continued to stay in touch throughout the installation process, timely responding to any questions that we had as things went along. The on-site crew did a great job of ensuring that things were completed on time and were very respectful throughout, checking to ensure that we were satisfied at each step of the process and incorporating any changes that we requested. As a result, we ended up not just with a patio but with a great new outdoor living space. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the process!

Outstanding experience! From owner Joe coming out and drawing things up to Mary in the office to Project Manager Rick to Carlos and the crew, our job was handled professionally and curiously. Bottom line, the paver covered patio extension looks perfect as does the landscaping which features various plants, bushes and trees.
We highly recommend Green Impressions!!

Green Impressions redid our back patio from very worn, sunken and cracked stamped concrete to gorgeous interlock pavers. They were very professional and helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond in communication, taking care of our property by repairing the lawn and replanting grass damaged by heavy equipment and turning our outdoor space into a beautiful extension of our home! Joe, Mary, Ross and the entire crew are the best! I highly recommend for any of your outdoor projects. You will not be disappointed!

I have been dealing with Green Impression Landscaping for the past 4 years.
They totally redesigned my garden.
If any plants have not survived, they have always been replaced.
At times, a different plant has been recommended, that might thrive better in certain locations.
The entire team is courteous, professional and knowledgeable about their area of expertise.
They are always available to answer my questions or give me advice.

I highly recommend Green Impressions

Not recommended. They didn’t take proper care with the landscaping design. I’m confused and disappointed by the poor quality of their work.

Amazing team in the irrigation sales and service department! Not only do professional work on our irrigation system but just Installed lighting on our pergola and we love it!

Recently replaced our old deck and we needed/wanted to have the landscaping around the deck redone. Planning and implementing a landscape design is not my forte, so we reached out Green Impressions and could not be happier. They came out and asked what we were looking for and they came back with a great design. They did not disappoint. They were courteous, professional, and hardworking! I am super impressed!

The lawn crew has taken such great care of our new lawn. We moved into new construction and had to start a yard from scratch. Their expertise and knowing how best to maintain our new yard has been incredible. We have used lawn mowing services for a long time and I have to say Green Impressions impresses me every week.

Old dated courtyard patio is now redone with fresh pavers, planters and plantings. These folks did a great job and were totally reliable and communicative. I wanted quality and that’s what we got. Of course, waited until the first day of snowflakes to add photos. Think spring.
