The company owner came out to quote a new air handler for the company I work for. He was very knowledgeable and professional. They were awarded the job. Removal and installation were scheduled quickly. Technicians did a great job. Arrived on time and everything was spotless when the work was completed. Would highly recommend.

Today was no exception - the 30 minute advance notice allowed me to still go to work and just come home after the advance notification. Last year we had JD Indoor Comfort install a new furnace, AC unit, and hot water tank. They did an amazing job and everything has been working great. We had our annual furnace check up this year and feel confident that everything will run smoothly this winter. The Service Technician was on time and did a great job! I would highly recommend them.

Called on day 3 of a "heat dome". Answered the phone promptly and provided immediate friendly service. Josh was at my house within hours. He worked quickly and explained everything including prices. AC was back up and running quickly!

Experiencing higher than normal temperatures, Having medical issues and other circumstances made my situation somewhat of an emergency. JD Indoor Comfort was kind enough to squeeze me in.
Their tech James was kind, courteous, professional, And knowledgeable. The problem with my split unit air conditioning was fixed and we were up and running.

This company seems to be a well managed company and has good installers. Everyone I delt with was friendly and knowledgeable.
I had a situation where a lot of ducts in a tight area needed to be temporarily removed and reinstalled in order to access a leak in a waterline.
Jim the install manager came out to see what the situation looked like and to evaluate what needed to be done.
He sent me a fair written estimate by 9:00 am the next morning.
The installers (Mike and Brendon) did a great job. I was amazed with how they were able to remove and reinstall in such a tight work area.

Great company! Very prompt in getting to my home and addressing the issue. James was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to find the problem right away! Their sticker has replaced our old contractor’s information on our equipment!
