Our air conditioning was not working and we called JD Indoor Comfort and they came out that same morning and fixed the problem. Jeremy had great customer service and we were very pleased with his knowledge and efficiency. We will definitely call them again!

I had them come out to do a repair on the upstairs heat pump. It was solid ice around the indoor heat exchanger. The technician was able to diagnose that it was likely due to low refrigerant outside. He checked the refrigerant level and found a leak at the service port valve.
The price was reasonable and I would use them again.

Late last summer it happened. I was sitting in my favorite spot on the sofa, minding my own business watching $200/mo cable when BOOM! Absolutely nothing responded when the thermostat called for air conditioning. As a big guy, I had two options. A: I could curl up into a half fetal position on the cushion of the couch and use the first beads of sweat forming on my wrinkled brow to hide the tears welling inside of my worried eyes. OR B: I could stand tall, pick up the phone and take immediate action to correct the problem, thus ensuring many years of total comfort to come! I had just been laid off, so I chose option A.

But come April of 2018, I took life by the horns and made that call! I did some investigative work and quickly discovered that JD Indoor was THE company to call. I ended up with a total of 7 quotes and JD offered, by FAR, the best VALUE for our money. For a very fair price, we got a great unit, a whole-house humidifier (Cannot be beat) and the install team was really amazing. While it's true that I WOULD take money to write a review for somebody, I am writing THIS review because it is my HONEST opinion that you cannot go wrong with JD Indoor & Comfort. I am not related to anyone in the company, I am just thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism I experienced working with JD.

I have already recommended them several times, as I will continue to do in the future. As of late, I have just signed up for their ongoing maintenance program to help protect not only my new unit, but also my existing furnace and hot water tank as well.

Give them a shout folks! Trust me, the alternative is frightening! Cheers!

New furnace JD Indoor comfort put in is working fine, got an estimate Monday, the furnace was put in the next morning, installers Dennis and Jon were professional and friendly, I recommend this company,

Despite the extremely hot weather of late causing cooling problems for many, JD Indoor Comfort quickly responded to my request to repair my heat pump/air conditioning unit cooling problem. Their service technicians were extremely competent and quickly resolved my unit's problems within a couple of hours. I am an extremely satisfied customer!

We had a valve leak on our boiler and JD Indoor Comfort came right out after our regular service people couldn’t come. So nice and efficient and will use from now on!

The crew was very prompt and professional. The JD also communicated very well via phone, text and calls. I would recommend them to friends and family.

About two weeks ago brennden and Jack came to my home to install a furnace and hot water tank they were very thorough respectful and did an awesome job the job took two days im very grateful to them both furnace and hot water tank are operating beautifully thanks mucho !!!!!

Luis did a fantastic job of troubleshooting and fixing our gas fireplace insert!!

Brenden was a great technician. He found the problem and took care of it. Then he checked out the unit and turned the "T" fitting outside to hopefully prevent the problem rom happening in the future.

I left a message the evening before after hours and they returned my call promptly the next morning. The representative let me know that someone would be out by 9:00. A.M!! I was shocked that they were able to make it out so quickly.

Luis the service tech advised us that he needed to go get a part and he was back in less than a half an hour. He replaced the part and the job was complete by 10:15. A.m.!

Luis was very informative and we discussed replacing our aging unit later this year. What a great experience using JD Indoor Comfort!!

Furnace quit working in the middle of the night. JD Indoor Comfort walked me thru resetting the furnace and came out the next day to make sure we were good to go. Definitely will be using them for our HVAC needs.

We had a new furnace installed. Jim Niedermyer was helpful and very knowledgeable. The 3 men that installed the furnace knew exactly what to do. They were quiet, fast and so efficient. Our house is toasty warm. We are so happy with our new furnace .

I woke up on the morning of February 19th with no heat. I called JD Indoor Comfort and they were able to send out a tech to take a look the same day. The tech, Luis N., took his time and methodically was able to diagnose the problem as a broken plastic piece in the back of the on/off switch, causing the wire to come loose and not make a proper connection. Luis replaced the switch and I was back up and running within the hour. THIS is the type of honest, competent service that, unfortunately is rarely experienced these days.
