If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It was a real pleasure working with Kyle, David, and Brian. They gave us our dream backyard and were amazing to work with along the way. We had them redo our patio, add a dog run, and build a pavilion with a fireplace. Their attention to detail is unlike any contractor we have worked with and they truly care about the project and ensuring you are happy. These are some of the hardest workers I have seen. They also were extremely respectful and a pleasure to have around. They went above and beyond to ensure that they cleaned up each and everyday and would do extra kind gestures like roll up our trash cans. The project turned out better than we could have imagined!!! We were incredibly nervous to execute such a large project and they stuck to budget and added even better details than we had envisioned (because they care!). I will upload pictures now but we are still going to do landscaping with them when it warms up a bit.

These guys are class acts. I had a flat tire and had pull of into a gas station to swap it for my spare when Brian from this company happened to pull in for gas. Without hesitation, he came over and offered to help. He had a tire patch kit with him and immediately got to work. He completely fixed the tire on the spot and saved me a trip to the shop.

He had absolutely nothing to gain from helping me, but he did it anyway. That kind of character says a lot about a company. If I were looking for a contractor, these are the guys I would call. 10/10.

Kyle ripped out some old, out dated, deep rooted shrubs in my front yard and has my landscaping looking better than ever. He finished the job even after coming across a massive yellow jacket nest. I hope to hire him back during the spring for some more work

My wife and I had Kyle's company rock hound and put 70yards on topsoil ,two flower beds, and lay sod. They were amazing. Got the whole job done in three days.I will recommend them to anyone .

Kyle did a first class job installing our Uniloc paver patio and garden wall. He is a real craftsman who gives great attention to detail. We are thrilled with the look of the patio.
Kyle is prompt and keeps his comittments. He communicates frequently. You never have to chase him down; a rare commodity in today's world.

There was an area in the front part of my yard that was overgrown with weeds, rocks, and was very uneven. Kyle came over and came up with a plan- make it two even areas divided by rocks and plant grass. I was looking for something that didn’t require upkeep. He finished this in one day, and it looks beautiful. I got many compliments from neighbors. It was such an eye sore for our home, now I love it. I trusted that Kyle would do a great job and I would highly recommend him. Pictures uploaded.

Kyle completely reclaimed my front beds that had become overgrown, sent me a design suggestion and removed a small tree. Beautiful, quality work for a great price. Kyle threw in a few extras at no charge, I wouldn’t hesitate using them again. Highly recommended!!

Klein Outdoors was very communicative and reliable. Very prompt responses and he showed up when he said he would. He listened to our wants and needs and gave helpful hints. He gave suggestions to help us stay within our budget. Kyle was very nice and pleasant to work with. The patio he did for us was great. Highly recommend hiring Klein Outdoors.

After 18 years in the elements of Northern Ohio, our wooden deck was in dire need of repair. We were referred to Kyle and Klein Outdoors by my sister in law who recently hired them to construct a beautiful exterior covered addition that included a fireplace, gas grill, and granite countertop. After seeing their fine craftmanship, we inquired and learned that Klein was the most reasonable quote they rec'd. We were sold. We contacted Kyle and asked if they refurbish decks. He said they do and asked to see the deck in question. We spent about 45 mins. one evening showing Kyle our deck and entertained his suggestions. Considering the high cost of lumber and my unwillingness to continue maintaining a deck, we decided to use composite decking. Our quote for materials and labor was very reasonable and the contract was signed. Kyle and his craftsmen were prompt, in line with their estimate, and eager to please us, the customer. Kyle, was very helpful and informative. He removed several roots in our yard from a tree that was cut down. If it was not for Kyle we wouldn’t be able to install our swimming pool!
