Kyle was absolutely professional from start to finish and was on time, every time. They take pride in their work which for me was very important. Throughout the entire process he and his team were eager to show me and my wife how it was being done, and why which put us at ease. Kyle has continued to check in to make sure his work is still top notch even after the project was completed. There was no mess left behind and he even showed up on his day off to ensure the delivery of all materials went smoothly. I would highly recommend Klein Outdoors and will certainly be using them for all of my outdoor projects!

I’m going to say this and I mean it wholeheartedly, if you hire another company for your hardscapes or decking you’ve lost your mind. This deck we had put it in is absolutely incredible and can’t wait to enjoy years of fun and gatherings with family and friends. Absolutely professional and personal from beginning to end. Don’t even hesitate to hire them.

We had a deck installed for our pool and the yard around it patched up. They did a beautiful job! All of the employees were very nice and easy to work with. I would definitely contact them in the future for more home improvements!

Kyle and his team did an exceptional job on my parents front steps. From going out of his way to find the exact stone we were looking for to the thoughtful design and execution. They also came back to make sure everything was to our liking and to make adjustments based on other construction we had going on. His prices are very fair and he truly cares about his customer’s happiness and satisfaction. We will be using Klein Outdoors for many future projects.

Kyle is an awesome guy to work with. He communicates effectively, is punctual, quotes are reasonable and very competitive compared to the other contractors I had quoted. My husband and I had him remove our old landscaping in the front of our home. He and his team took great care to keep my lawn intact while excavating and removing. Even though I planned on replanting on my own, Kyle offered to take me to his business only landscaping site to purchase plants, saving me a lot of $$. We are so happy to have found a landscaper we can count on and cant wait do work with him on other future projects.

The Klein Outdoors crew did an amazing job bringing our back patio to life. Kyle assisted in creating a design that we loved using our ideas and his personal experience and creativity to give us a beautiful backyard living space that we will enjoy for years to come.

Really great company to work with for your outdoors project. We approached Klein Outdoors for one project and because they were so easy to work with and did such great work, we just kept adding things. Ended up doing a number of things at our house and we are very pleased with the quality of work and their designs.

Beyond that, all of the crew we dealt with were very thoughtful and courteous. They even played with our kids and showed them the work they were doing.

We now have an awesome and usable back yard. I highly recommend Klein Outdoors!

Had my old concrete patio removed and new pavers installed. Kyle provided nice recommendations on size & color pavers - they look great. Very pleased with how the space turned out... a huge upgrade! They also built stone steps to our sliding glass doors which turned out nice as well. Would recommend.

Kyle was very professional and personable from start to finish. He was very accommodating with working around my schedule. I have worked with multiple landscapers in the past, and I can say hands-down Klein outdoors is the best.

Kyle is great to work with. We had a design concept and Kyle patiently worked through many versions of our design, color and texture decisions. Kyle and his crew were efficient, clean, super friendly and did not say no to anything. We couldn’t be more happy with our patio, landscaping and outdoor living space.

We hired Klein Outdoors to redo our old, worn patio & deck and replace our fence. Kyle created a video rendering of his plan that was fantastic! He turned our ‘courtyard’ into an oasis! We are beyond pleased with the quality of the work, the timeline and the price for the project. Kyle and his crew are genuine ‘good guys’ and we highly recommend Klein Outdoors.

We hired Klein Outdoors to do our paver patio project several years ago. I waited to post a review because I wanted to see how the patio settled and how the follow up would be if there were any issues. As expected with any paver patio project, there were areas that settled. Kyle offered to come out and address the areas at no charge(!) and those were completed this week. Although it took several months of communication back and forth to get the work completed, I am grateful that Kyle followed through with his commitment which is more than most contractors in this business would do. I appreciated that Kyle custom designed a combination fire pit and waterfall for us since it was something I’d envisioned on a patio three homes ago. LOL! We get so many compliments on it! The loss of one star is solely a reflection of communication vs quality of work and honestly is typical of most contractors in my experience. Kyle is better than most at communication and thankfully has never ghosted us in that respect, but proactive communication regarding schedule changes due to project delays or weather would earn the extra star. I will definitely continue to recommend Kyle Outdoors to others and use them if we have future projects.

They called me last week and made an appt. They never showed or called to say they couldn’t make it. Guess they don’t need the work! So rude.

Started out fantastic, but he never showed back up to finish anything. He would call and say he would be there the next day, or a few days out but never showed. Never even had the courtesy to answer calls or messages on the days he no showed.

Would have been nice if Kyle Klein would not have ghosted me after telling me he could do the work in September 2024. Now, after waiting, I am struggling to find someone to do the work as my window for planting is almost gone! Thanks for stringing me along😡
