Landscaping reviews in Sheffield, Ohio

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It was a real pleasure working with Kyle, David, and Brian. They gave us our dream backyard and were amazing to work with along the way. We had them redo our patio, add a dog run, and build a pavilion with a fireplace. Their attention to detail is unlike any contractor we have worked with and they truly care about the project and ensuring you are happy. These are some of the hardest workers I have seen. They also were extremely respectful and a pleasure to have around. They went above and beyond to ensure that they cleaned up each and everyday and would do extra kind gestures like roll up our trash cans. The project turned out better than we could have imagined!!! We were incredibly nervous to execute such a large project and they stuck to budget and added even better details than we had envisioned (because they care!). I will upload pictures now but we are still going to do landscaping with them when it warms up a bit.

These guys are class acts. I had a flat tire and had pull of into a gas station to swap it for my spare when Brian from this company happened to pull in for gas. Without hesitation, he came over and offered to help. He had a tire patch kit with him and immediately got to work. He completely fixed the tire on the spot and saved me a trip to the shop.

He had absolutely nothing to gain from helping me, but he did it anyway. That kind of character says a lot about a company. If I were looking for a contractor, these are the guys I would call. 10/10.

They called me last week and made an appt. They never showed or called to say they couldn’t make it. Guess they don’t need the work! So rude.

Couldn’t be happier with the work with my Gazebo installation! On time, courteous and great timely work. Highly recommended!

Very very awesome job! Neat clean and complete! Excellent value! I will use them again for more landscaping, and probably some other work!

Great work Kyle is an artist, punctual and gets the job done right

Kyle is an awesome guy! Highly recommend doing business with him and will again!

Incredibly professional and reliable. A pleasure to work with and will absolutely be recommending friends their way! Our kids are so excited about the new yard!

Started out fantastic, but he never showed back up to finish anything. He would call and say he would be there the next day, or a few days out but never showed. Never even had the courtesy to answer calls or messages on the days he no showed.

Very impressed with the professionalism of Kyle and his crew, and the finished product is excellent….everything we asked for…maybe more!!

Kyle added an extension to our driveway as well as landscaping the front of our home. Did a wonderful job!!! 5 star for sure!!!

Kyle ripped out some old, out dated, deep rooted shrubs in my front yard and has my landscaping looking better than ever. He finished the job even after coming across a massive yellow jacket nest. I hope to hire him back during the spring for some more work

The amount of care that Klein Outdoors puts in their work is truly remarkable. They created a beautiful outdoor living space in our backyard.
Their quality and attention to detail not matched by anyone.

Would have been nice if Kyle Klein would not have ghosted me after telling me he could do the work in September 2024. Now, after waiting, I am struggling to find someone to do the work as my window for planting is almost gone! Thanks for stringing me along😡

We are so happy that we stumbled upon Klein Outdoors! They were very professional, polite, on time, and reasonable! We love love love the way our front yard landscaping turned out! We will 100% recommend them, or use them for future need

My wife and I had Kyle's company rock hound and put 70yards on topsoil ,two flower beds, and lay sod. They were amazing. Got the whole job done in three days.I will recommend them to anyone .

Klein Outdoors did an excellent job repairing my home's front brick stairs. They were very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Klein and will call again with any future projects!

Klein Outdoors did an excellent job with our back yard! Professional, creative, and very knowledgeable. Kyle designed, created, and landscaped a beautiful usable outdoor space for us out of a sloping hill. Highly recommend

Kyle did a first class job installing our Uniloc paver patio and garden wall. He is a real craftsman who gives great attention to detail. We are thrilled with the look of the patio.
Kyle is prompt and keeps his comittments. He communicates frequently. You never have to chase him down; a rare commodity in today's world.

There was an area in the front part of my yard that was overgrown with weeds, rocks, and was very uneven. Kyle came over and came up with a plan- make it two even areas divided by rocks and plant grass. I was looking for something that didn’t require upkeep. He finished this in one day, and it looks beautiful. I got many compliments from neighbors. It was such an eye sore for our home, now I love it. I trusted that Kyle would do a great job and I would highly recommend him. Pictures uploaded.

Kyle completely reclaimed my front beds that had become overgrown, sent me a design suggestion and removed a small tree. Beautiful, quality work for a great price. Kyle threw in a few extras at no charge, I wouldn’t hesitate using them again. Highly recommended!!
