Our heat went out on the day before Thanksgiving! On very short notice Mid Valley Chimney came to our home to sweep and inspect our chimney. Brenden did an exceptional job! Great job diagnosing the problem with our gas fireplace. Colton and Cody ordered the correct part and came back and installed it. They cleaned up to the point where you would not know they were here. They were very polite and professional.

The Mid-Valley Team was easy to work with. The process was seamless and Victor gave us confidence the repairs needed would take care of our problems. There was absolutely no pressure. Our concerns during the repairs were addressed promptly. Though the weather pushed our job back a couple weeks, Eli stayed in touch with anticipated start and finish dates. The cost was reasonable compared to other quotes - we will use Mid-Valley again and recommend their service.

Before mid valley chimney came, I had a non-functional fireplace (my house was built in 1948), water leaking into my basement from around the furnace and deteriorated liners in my furnace and fireplace flues. After mid valley chimney, I have had all of these issues fixed. The new fireplace insert works great! I no longer have water coming into my basement from around the furnace flue, and I am confident that the maintenance performed on my chimney will suffice for many years.

The crew from Mid Valley Chimney got to my chimney two weeks after I scheduled them (in May 2023). The 4 man crew they sent, were courteous, knowledgeable, and really easy to talk to and get answers from. The cost of the service was very competitive compared to other chimney service providers, and all of the work was completed in 2 days.

Mid-Valley Chimney is amazing. They installed our fireplace 3 years ago and we are so happy with it.
We called for an annual service and they scheduled us right away. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and very kind. They cleaned the fireplace, changed all the batteries and checked the chimney.
