Frenk Construction completely remodeled 3 of my investment properties. One of them was a very complicated high-end property that required the removal of the chimney and multiple walls. Frenk Construction’s design team did excellent work in reconfiguring the entire layout to make it more functional and modern. Alex and his crew did a wonderful job of renovating our basement and kitchen. They were always prompt and courteous. Since both projects were expensive, Alex broke everything down into phases so that if there was some part of the project we could not afford, we could eliminate that piece for us. His helpful suggestions and advise were beneficial.

I hired Alex Frenk to tear down the wall between my kitchen and dining room, and to update my entire kitchen. He did a fine job, staying within the budget we agreed to and getting the work done in a timely manner. When a problem arose --one that was neither my fault nor his-- he took care of it swiftly. The results are excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again!

I hated our bathroom. We almost did not buy the condo because I hated the functionality of the bathroom. We only have 1 full bath and one 1/2 bath. We hired Erno because he remodeled a 1/2 bath and entire kitchen in our previous home. We moved to a smaller condo. It was a no brainer to get Erno to gut and totally remodel our full bath. Unbelievable! We absolutely love it. Erno's workmanship is excellent. He is on time, cleans up after work and the end result of his work is a masterpiece.
