Above and beyond. Highly recommend. Matt communicated thought whole process. Honest price. Roof was done in one day. After shopping multiple quotes. Best price and awesome service.

MAP did a great job installing a furnace for us. We were in a tight situation where we needed the work done ASAP and Matt was able to get us an estimate, answer all of our questions, and then schedule the work within a couple of days. The installation went smoothly, the technicians were professional and cleaned up after their work and the new furnace works great!

I used MAP Construction last year to replace the roof and my furnace and air conditioning on two different rental properties, and they did a great job. Matt was easy to work with, and did not pressure me to buy. The price was very fair and they were able to get the AC units replaced quickly, so my tenants were not inconvenienced. I will be using them again whenever the next project comes up.

I had an old double heat pump system and one of my heat pumps failed near the end of the year. A lot of money for both and I brought around 9 contractors in for estimates. I chose Matt because it quickly became clear that he's very on-the-ball and passionate about his business. His prices were also very competitive, definitely much better than the large HVAC companies. MAP definitely hit the sweet spot for me in terms of responsiveness, professionalism and value. The crew was friendly and professional. Matt assessed and estimated the job himself and did everything he said he would at the quoted price. I will definitely recommend MAP construction to anyone for roofing and HVAC.

Map Construction installed mini-splits in my house . I got several estimates and Map Construction was the best and most professional. The installation process was smooth and the follow up has been terrific. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Matt's leadership and dedication to excellence shine through in every project his team tackles. Whether it's a small renovation or a large-scale construction job, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MAP Construction to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work. They truly stand out in the industry, and it’s clear that Matt Brofman has built a company that values integrity and customer satisfaction above all else.

Highly recommended!

Matt came out yesterday to inspect my roof and gave me a quote to repair damage to it. He was very nice.
Update: They came out to do the work today. Very nice workers, hard working, and the job looks amazing. Even though I just had a lot of repairs done, it looks like I have a new roof!

MAP Construction is our go to contractor for all our HVAC needs. Matt and Ryan are great and easy to work with, They offer different solutions to solve the issues and are very professional. I would not hesitate to refer MAP to my friends and family

MAP came out to replace our HVAC system. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. The team was professional from start to finish. Price, quality and customer service are all top notch! I highly recommend MAP Construction.

I could not recommend MAP enough. We were out of town when they were able to do the install for central air and a mini split for our third floor. We left them a code to our house and the only evidence they were there was the new thermostat and ac units

I am with Map Construction and the guys that came to do the work at my salon and spa. They are super nice and very professional. Dylan has a great eye for making things look nice with clean lines and creative ideas to make the HVAC work in my space. The air has kicked on great and on these already hot days kept the salon a cool and comfortable temperature. I appreciate the great price and the professionalism. Thanks so much, Angie owner

Well I just got to tell you something. Matt was overall very responsive. Man of his word. Said he was going to do and followed through with what was said to be done. Roof looks great, unfortunately we lost the shower in our living room with the new roof. Guys were supper easy to work with, respectful, clean, and super accommodating. Not tho thrilled that Matt got Ryan but I’m happy Ryan is with a super construction company that believes in customer service. Bob was always overseeing and working which is uncommon for foreman. I wish we knew they did HVAC before hiring the other company. The experience with Matt has us we look forward to needing a new roof again one day. Thank you

I've had Matt and his team replace my Furnace and AC units a few years ago and now recently they've replaced my roof. The professionalism of him and his team is second to none. They were very flexible with our family's needs regarding the timing of the installation and he was able to connect us with other contractors in his network to help us with insulation and mold remediation. Communication throughout was excellent so there were no surprises at the end. And to cap it all off, his pricing was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Excellent in every way! Quick thorough estimate, extremely knowledgeable, fair price. I had a new AC unit added to the property and a new furnace plus all the tin work and minor electrical work. It was done expertly, in less than 2 days, and the cost was competitive but less than other estimates I received. I will use them again for all my real estate properties!

Getting a roof replaced is one of those necessary home expenses that one must do...but you don't look forward to the expense. As my insurance rates increased, I knew it was time to find a trusted company to replace our roof. I spent some time and got several estimates. I felt completely comfortable when I met Matt from MAP construction. They communicated to me about the project, kept me posted, and did a wonderful job on the new roof. It looks great. I strongly recommend this company to everyone. Thanks for a great new roof MAP Construction!

Having your furnace fail is never easy during winter - MAP Construction made the process as painless as possible - Professional, Respectful, Timely, and Great Service! Especially appreciated their loan of several space heaters until the work could be done.

Ryan with Map Construction is trustworthy and reliable and an expert in HVAC work. You can count on Ryan and his team to provide you with excellent heating and cooling services at an honest price. Highly recommended!

Matt and his team were awesome! They arrived at my home at 7:00 am and finished at 8:00pm. I love my new roof!

I did my due diligence when searching for a roofing company to replace my aunt's roof, meeting with five different contractors at her home. What immediately set Matt Brofman apart was his professionalism and complete transparency. During our initial consultation, he thoroughly walked me through every point of his roof and chimney inspection, clearly explaining his findings. His integrity and straightforward approach were refreshing. With BBB A+ rating and Angie's List approval, plus pricing that fit my budget, I felt confident in my choice. I also appreciated being treated with dignity and respect throughout the entire process.

The day Matt's team arrived, they worked tirelessly from start to finish, taking only a well-deserved lunch break. They completed the entire job in one day, with foreman Bob ensuring everyone delivered their best work. Their clean up was fantastic! I've only found two nails that escaped being picked up. It's been a month since they did the job.

A week after installation, we experienced heavy rains and discovered a leak from the dryer vent pipe. I contacted Matt on a Sunday, and he responded the same day. Bob came out first thing Monday morning to investigate. He conducted a thorough inspection, reinforced the pipe, and even replaced several shingles to guarantee no future leaks. We haven't had a single problem since.

For their exceptional workmanship, professionalism, and integrity, I highly recommend Matt Brofman and Map Construction to anyone in need of a new roof.

Matt and his team were amazing!! Reasonably priced, friendly, professional and punctual! He replaced our furnace today and if we have AC or roofing needs we will absolutely be calling him. Thank you so much Matt!!!!

MAP Construction recently rerouted all the venting in my basement for a renovation project, without their expertise the project would have come out much different. I’m delighted in the outcome and it didn’t impact the air flow at all. Honest and fair pricing and I would highly recommend them. They know their stuff and treat you like family.
