Harley and Chalio were super informative and professional the whole time they were at our house. They also had no problem changing their arrival time last minute to better accommodate us and our schedule.
the before and after pics they share were awesome but also surprising lol. it's kind of gross how much nastiness you can have in your ductwork and they cleaned every bit to look almost new.
I would definitely recommend them and will call back if I ever need this type of service again.

Steve and his crew are one of the most responsive company I have ever done work with. We needed to have about 15,000 SQ/FT sanitized for covid. I called Steve Monday morning and he came on site two hours later. By the early afternoon we had a quote and a game plan to come in after we all left for the day. I cant say enough good things about the service we received! Job well done.

I dealt with peter and he was absolutely remarkable. From the first day he came out gave me a very fair quote while other companies said that they were busy and cannot come out in a timely manner. instant mold pros came out immediately and did a unbelievable job more than what I expected. Wow! Harley and Roman were fantastic!! So efficient and thorough doing our duct cleaning. The before and after pictures were so cool to see the differences and how hard they worked to get them looking like they were new. Also learned a lot about my furnace and how/when to change my filters in the process. I couldn’t of hoped for a better team to come into our home. Harvey and Roman were extremely professional and did a great job cleaning our ducts. But they went far above what was expected when they arrived at our house and found a water valve leaking and water in our basement. Before we even received a call about the situation, they had cleaned up the water and shut the water off in the house. When they learned we did not have a plumber able to immediately respond to make repairs, they fashioned a make-shift water containment system to ensure we could turn use the water when needed until the plumber could come. I am truly impressed with them and this company!

Nick and Andrew were friendly, hard working and they explained everything they were going to do and were more than willing to answer questions. David and his crew were very professional and quick to schedule for duct cleaning. They encountered a few challenges that added to their work, but took their time to do the job right, and they were very thorough. This was the second company that we had give us a quote, and we chose them because they obviously took pride in their work. Living cross-country while trying to sell a property in Ohio has not been without challenges. However, Mark & team, were incredibly helpful & responsive. I received an inspection report that immediately made me pull the unit off market. Mark went to the property not once but twice. I was able to confidently re-list knowing I wasn't selling a mold infested home that could harm future residents.
He was transparent from the start & definitely went above and beyond. Not only did he test the entire home (not just what was called out) but he took upon himself to return & run additional testing.

We recently purchased a new home that had mold up in the attic. We contacted Mold & Airductspros and they were very responsive and quick to diagnose our issue. Mold and Air Duct Pros did a terrific job removing mold from our attic. They were very helpful in recommending an insulation company, also, when we had to replace the insulation. They were efficient and professional, and were able to finish the job in two days. We would highly recommend them!

We had the pleasure of working with David and Roman yesterday! We got our ducts cleaned, fog treatment, and dryer vent done. David and Roman were great to work with! They arrived on time, extremely professional, and courteous.

They were thorough in their work. They showed us before/after photos and explained their process well.

We actually had a different duct cleaning company come out a few months ago, however we had a poor experience as it was rushed and sloppily done. Our experience with Mold and Air duct pros was superior. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Felipe and Vlad went above and beyond when looking over the previous mold remediation and air quality issues I was having with my new house. They gave me their honest opinions on how to correct the situation and were able to fix the air quality issues I had by cleaning my air ducts. Before they helped, I honestly thought the mildew smell in my house was unfixable. Luckily the smell is completely gone now. I can't thank you guys enough!
