Was pleasantly surprised when they came out within 30 minutes of my call requesting service on the first day. I thought these guys were going to be great. They even said they’d remove a stump by my house “really easily,” which had me elated. Then the next week it rained on the appointed cutting day, and I received a message saying they would show up “sometime this week.” OK fine, I get that mowing schedules can be messed up with the weather. Then the week goes on and on and they don’t show. I get a message saying they’ll be there on Friday. Then Friday comes and I get a message saying they can’t do the work at all, here’s someone else to call.
Gee, thanks. My lawn has been growing for two weeks, you drop the ball and send me to someone else? Oh, and the excuse is they have “too much to do.”
At least come out and do what you promised to do for two weeks. I could accept an explanation for dropping the job if you at least honored your commitments. Instead, all you did was show you’re completely unprofessional and unconcerned about your (new?) customers.
Beware of using them because you might be treated the same way.
