We had an issue with our breaker and Jamie from J&J answered our call immediately. Her and her team’s communication and service was excellent. It turned out to be an easy fix but Jamie spent the time to explain how it happened, the solution and how to address it in the future. I greatly appreciated her wonderful attentiveness and great insight. Our family will definitely use them again in the future!

Jamie and her team were very professional; respectful of our home and pets and came in with shoe covers each time. They completed a number of jobs for us, including adding switches and electrical outlets along with a more complicated project moving power. We Appreciated their quick turnaround from immediate callback to the estimate to service complete. We would recommend them and plan on using them for future projects.

They were fantastic! I called about a faulty smoke detector and before coming over she tried troubleshooting with me to save me on a service call! Then came over (SAME DAY within 10 mins of our call) and found it was a carbon monoxide detector that was hidden under some drawers. She didn’t charge me for coming out! 1000% I will call them back with any and all my electrical needs in the future!!!!

A rep from AES showed up to inspect my meter on the side of the house. Within 30mins of his arrival he’d shut all electric power to my house (My house is 100% electric). He said “the meter socket jaws are arcing melting parts of the meter. It’s your responsibility as the homeowner to repair prior to reconnection of service.” I felt helpless, specialty knowing my family and I will have to weather that night’s freezing temperature.

Before the inspector left, I was on the phone with J&J Electrical Solutions where they essentially took control and started the solution/repair process. That process required AES to schedule a shutdown of power from the street so that J&J Electrical Solutions can execute their repairs. AES told me they’d be out in 5 days. That’s 5 days without power in freezing temperatures, they didn’t care. J&J Electrical Solutions certified electricians worked their magic with AES and got it scheduled for the next morning. The next morning J&J Electrical Solutions arrived before AES got there. They coordinated the shutdown from the street, repaired the meter box and ensured power was completely turned on before they left. J&J Electrical Solutions also returned, days later, for the Green County Inspector and made sure my family and I are good to go. As a retired Army Airborne Ranger, I’ve seen above and beyond and it looked kinda like what these folks from J&J Electrical Solutions did for me and my family.

Absolutely fantastic team at J&J Electrical. Very professional, timely and prices are reasonable. Been using them for a few different jobs over the past few years and always great. Can't recommend Jamie and Jimmy!

We recently purchased a home that needed some major electric upgrades, namely a new electric panel. Jimmy and Eddie from J&J were great to work with - they worked in a very timely fashion and installed the new panel without issue. Very reasonably priced and professional. I highly recommend J&J for your electric needs!

Awesome team. Jamie and Jimmy understood exactly what I was needing to get done. They even suggested things I didnt think about. Definitely will be using them again when it's time to finish my basement!

Fantastic service! The promptness in which my call was returned was the first indicator of the continued phenomenal communication. Very knowledgeable, explained everything simply and understood my concerns after I had basement flooding and outlets underwater. My house had a DIY electrician who owned the property before us, and the J&J owner/operator was extremely thorough in reviewing what was done, what might need fixed, and what could be removed. Will update once I have the services completed on my house but so far 10/10!

J & J did an outstanding job for us. I found them on Angies List and she answered the phone right when I called. She scheduled a time for an estimate , and listened to what we wanted. She made suggestions to help us save money. When they came out, they were professional, efficient and did an excellent job. We have several outlets upgraded, new dedicated circuits ran in our garage. New sub panel installed to give us more space to add more circuits in the future. They hung our new ceiling fan. Overall great people and professional work. They put down plastic on the floor to keep floor clean. They cleaned up after and the quote they presented was the exact price we paid. Fair and honest. Thanks for a job well done!

I can't thank Jamie and Eddie enough. They took great care of me. Jamie got me on the schedule in timely manner and Eddie was able to diagnose and correct my problem very quickly. I am very pleased and will definitely use them again when the need arises. I also recommend them to anyone who needs electrical service.

J&J did an amazing job!! Jamie was quick to come out and assess my situation for an estimate, and the turn around time was fast. They put a chandelier where previously there was nothing, and added a couple of outlets. They paid attention to every detail, including the spacing of the chandelier, which I REALLY appreciated. They were professional, on time, and cleaned up after the job was done. I will absolutely be using them for any future needs, and recommend J&J to anyone in need of a quality electrician.

Recessed lights in kitchen and vanity light fixture - bulbs in both were not staying lit at times. Called J & J Electrical Solutions in Springboro Ohio who were professional, respectful, and got to the bottom of the two separate issues. So now I understand exacting what was causing those issues. Problems resolved and cost was reasonable. I would contact them again.

I had an emergency and had called around for some help. Jamie and her team responded very fast with tag team effort of the guys showing up within 45min and Jamie grabbing the parts necessary to get the job done! Thanks again to this crew for saving our butts in a pinch!

It’s a rare achievement to keep five stars for any business and hold without issues cropping up. And here we are, 2025 and 54 reviews in to date five stars continues. It’s obvious the business is burgeoning and they know what people want and service for small jobs to larger business. The website is maintained but I suggest more “before and after” shots to give customers an idea of the work. Future service will come more from me!

Amazing job! I had several say no because there was no attic access or quote some ridiculous price but I highly recommend. Both fixture look great and was done quickly. I appreciate the quick response and also covering everything and cleaning up after. Very good job!

I'm very happy with the work from J&J Electrical Solutions! I hired Jamie and Jimmy to replace my old (and hazardous) Federal Pacific electrical panel. Jamie was punctual and did an excellent job and at a much more reasonable price than the other 3 estimates a got. The electrical inspector got a little curious and found some other issues that had nothing to do with the original task. Jamie stuck with me and successfully satisfied the inspector at minimal additional cost and effort. I really appreciate that she didn't charge me a bunch of extra $$$ when things got complicated. I will be calling J&J for any other future electrical issues!
