J&J was BY FAR the best experience I’ve had with any electrician, much less any trade. They were extremely responsive and accommodating , not to mention extremely fair on pricing. They installed an electric car charger and 240V outlet. They could have easily charged for extra wire, but instead they credited back the amount of unused wire! I would absolutely do business with them again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I called J&J Electrical Solutions to get an estimate on installing an EV charging station. They came out the same day to provide the estimate and were chosen to do the work because of the estimate and their promptness. They arrived early and completed the work in less time than I expected and cleaned up after themselves. I would not only recommend J&J to friends and family but would use them again myself. I highly recommend this company. I needed to replace the meter and due to safety issues my power had to be turned off for several days. Jamie stayed on top of it and we had to wait for utilities to be marked etc.She kept me informed on delays. Jamie and her husband did excellent work and I thought their pricing was very fair. I intend to use them again when the need arises.

Throughout the whole process, they were professional and always kept in touch with us in a timely manner and professionally. They gave us a very reasonable estimate, came out when they said they would, and did an excellent job and in the end, because the job took them less time to complete, they adjusted the price accordingly (which became less than the estimate). All in all, we couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend their company to anyone I know.

I don't give out 5 stars very often in reviews but this company deserves one. The were professional throughout, from the first phone call, then text messages and emails. All communications were very professional. The onsite work was also completed with expertise, as seen throughout their work.

The team onsite was also very professional, arriving on time and completing the tasks actually early. I was present during all their work and determined that they were experts at their electrical/house mechanical processes. Polite is a word that comes to mind, continuing to focus of the work at hand and staying focused throughout the work. A+ from me.

They were super accomadating when I needed to reschedule my first appointment and when they came they were super communicative about when they would arrive! They showed me the issues I had, really looked into other concerns, and even told me what to look out for in the future/ what the issues could be later on. They also gave us a discount and repaired our 3way switch so quickly. Amazing service and amazing people! I will be going directly to Jamie and Jimmy for any future electrical work for the house. I reached out to J&J Electrical due to a power outage only affecting half my house. Jamie asked a lot of questions and suggested I start with contacting the energy company first to ensure it’s not an external issue before she comes for a consultation and diagnostic. Jamie was very professional by suggesting the first step which ended up being the issue, it was external and the energy company will be repairing the lines. I will definitely be using J&J for my future electrically needs, my interaction with Jamie showed that she is experienced and honest.
