I highly recommend Fremlyn Contractors and I wouldn't hesitate hiring them for future jobs. They replaced my front and back deck and I honestly couldn't be happier. Despite terrain issues, they were able to extend my deck and change the slope of my stairs so they weren't so steep! That little change makes my deck big enough for a grill and some furniture and the stairs not being as steep makes it so much safer for me. They even reinforced the extension part of the deck to be extra safe without changing the price on me mid-project. Fremlyn and his crew were so professional and great to work with. They were friendly and SO respectful of the property. I mean, they not only cleaned up and hauled away all of the material from the old deck, but they cleaned up at the end of the day, going as far as using a leaf blower on the driveway one evening. Then on their last day here, they made certain to pick up everything because we haven't found anything that might hurt the dogs in the backyard. It was like they weren't even here, well except for my beautiful new decks! But the most heartwarming thing that we had NO idea was going to happen, is that they put an empty nest back in its place on the last day. It's been empty for a couple years but we have just kept it there in case some lazy bird or old bird wants to take it over haha! Anyways, we thought it was sweet they delicately took it down and put it back up when they could've rightfully tossed it or left it where it was and damaged it. Anyways, both of my decks are sturdy and well put together for a very fair price. If a tornado came through, the house might blow away but the decks will still be standing!

Fremlyn Contractors was easy to work with from the beginning. There was no need to haggle over prices because their estimate was by far the best. They were punctual, hard-working (even working 12 hours when rain/storms delayed them), friendly, trustworthy, and their work speaks for itself (see pictures). I highly recommend them! I have no doubt I will hire them again when I have another project for them. I truly couldn't be happier with my decks! Thank you Fremlyn Contractors!

We are so happy with our new deck! They tore down our existing deck and replaced it with a new deck that exceeded our expectations.
