Elijah Funk was on time, professional, and efficient. He performed a much needed service on our AC unit, and replaced a couple of capacitors that were going bad. Will definitely be using them again this fall for a furnace check-up.

This is a very professional company! I had to replace my entire HVAC system back in February. They have never ceased to amaze me. Anytime I have had any questions or concerns, they have been right there to assist me. I sleep very well and comfortably at night knowing that my furnace or AC system is going to be working extremely well. If not, I know I can call this company to come and assist me… usually the same day. Their warranty and maintenance agreement is unsurpassed!

Installed new heating and air system. Tech was pretty precise about install time as well as friendly and professional. Highly satisfied with my install. Sold on the better warranty option they provide.

I know this may be long, but I can’t say enough great things about my experience! My heat went out on a Saturday night when temperatures were below freezing (it was a long time coming…) I have 2 kids, my elderly mother who recently had her leg amputated, and of course, pets. I was frantically searching for a company that could provide emergency services, but also not take me to the cleaners financially. I am a new homeowner and it has seemed like one thing after another has been hitting me like a ton of bricks…. But absolutely EVERYTHING about my experience with 5 Star was AMAZING! They were the 7th place I had called, I was exhausted and feeling defeated… but then 5 Star, from the very beginning, with the answering service that scheduled my inspection and estimate (completely free) via text, to the sales agent (Gage) that showed up 2 hours later with a big smile and incredible attitude, to the amazing crew (Jake, Josh, and especially Brandon!) that showed up the next day at the crack of dawn to completely replace my 30 year old HVAC system, EVERYONE seemed dedicated to making sure that I was satisfied and comfortable with the entire experience! Not only was I given great prices, payment options, and amazing service, (money has been a huge stress across the board for a lot of people, I’m sure!) but to spend the day with a team that spoke so highly of not just the company and their coworkers, but the man who owns and operates it (Kip - Profit on Purpose!) was very touching! It was an experience of camaraderie that you don’t see often enough! If you have an opportunity to hire any of these talented and efficient teams for services in your home, just know that the company you are supporting is also ran by an amazing human that is dedicated to supporting his staff and even the community in an incredibly profound and inspiring way! I can’t imagine ever using another service for HVAC/electrical/plumbing ever again! I would rate them 5 Stars 10 times over if I could! Technician showed up early ready to fix our issue listened to what I had already done and made the repair quickly! Definitely would use again if we are in need of HVAC service!!!

They were able to get to us within 24 hours of calling. Showed up on time and called about 15 minutes out to let me know when they would arrive. The tech Josh was professional, showed me the parts not working and explained why they weren't working. We ended up needing a new furnace (not unexpected as ours was 26 years old) They were able to get us in quickly again and the price was comparable with what we could find elsewhere-- 0% financing was a draw for us. The guys who installed the furnace were also professional, on time, and did a courtesy call before arriving. They cleaned up afterwards and overall it was a very positive experience. Everything from start to finish was top notch, I highly recommend!

The crew introduced themselves, were very polite and courteous. They took the time to answer my questions. They were on time, organized. Overall did a great job. Upon leaving they cleaned up all areas neat and tidy, no mess left behind. Highly recommend this company. Thanks to all😀

Our AC went out on one of the hottest days so far. We called Five Star for a quote and they came out the next day. The following day we had 2 guys out installing a new furnace and AC. They were in time, diligent, and got everything working properly. We appreciate the quick response from the company and will continue to go through them for our HVAC needs.

Our AC has been dying slowly since the beginning of summer. We called Springfield Heating and Cooling to schedule an in-home assessment. The gentleman who came was friendly, professional, and approachable. He took his time assessing the complete diagnostic condition of our equipment. He led us through his many findings and even showed us why he was saying what he was describing. He told us the various possibilities--admittedly unable to tell us for sure exactly what was wrong. He told us all of our options to either try to fix it or replace it. He was more than happy to give us estimates on each option that would work for us. He did not pressure us at all to buy all new or the best. He instead gave us all the information and then gave us plenty of time to decide for ourselves. We went with a full AC and furnace with financing through LEAP. (Fixed rate for 10 years.) If you qualify, this is a great opportunity to get this taken care of in one go!
The installers arrived the following Tuesday (as promised), and were just as nice, professional, and straight-forward as their counterpart. We were shown all features and everything they did after it was done. They did not leave a mess at all, and I can't say how grateful we are for this service! We now have a 10 year parts (manufacturers) and labor (through 5 STAR) warrantee, so this is one less unexpected thing to worry about. Plus, now we are finally getting a cool home again!

Appt was promptly made, tech was on the early side of the window time, quickly found issue and made the repair! He also extended his conversation to educate me on aspects of my unit to prolong the life of my unit and about how often I should get my unit serviced and what seasons and months are best to do the preventative checkups. He also told me about their specials so I could save money! Courteous, insightful, knowledgeable! If this is their way of doing business then I will be a lifetime customer!

I feel like I got the best of a bad situation. Of course, my furnace goes out on one of the coldest nights of the year and the guys came out. Gave me great financing options for an awesome unit installed within a few hours. I’d say from the service call all the way through to installation, everybody went above and beyond the highly recommend five star or Springfield heating and cooling

They were able to get a technician out to my fathers house the very next day after calling. The tech, Ryan, was amazing. He explained everything every step of the way, educated us and gave us options. He was also very understanding of our situation with my fathers dementia - very helpful, and he knew how to talk to BOTH my father and myself (which isn’t common to find in service providers). Thank you Ryan.

Our furnace went out bright and early today, so we called and we were able to get a same day appointment. When our technician came out, he was quick, knowledgeable, professional and polite. Thank you for all of your help!!

Our furnace stopped working on a Tuesday. We called multiple places trying to get someone to come out to take a look at it. We have a toddler and were worried about keeping her warm! Springfield Heating & Cooling was the first place that said they could come out that night! The technician was quick and thorough in assessing the issue. He, unfortunately, gave us the news that we would need a new HVAC system as ours was old and had multiple issues. He was compassionate and promised us 5 star service! The crew was there Thursday morning ready to work. They were extremely polite, professional and efficient! You could tell they were proud of their work. They gave my husband and I a tour of our new equipment and ensured we knew the ins and outs! I would recommend this company to anyone!
