Elmer and his crew upgraded my home electric service panel from 100A to 200A. They also added a 100A panel in the garage so my wife could get a new 40A charging station for her plug in hybrid car. Henderson Electric was great! The coordination with AEP to disconnect and reconnect was a bit screwy... but, all in all, a great experience. I would recommend Henderson Electric Co. to anyone needing an electrical contractor.

Elmer was an absolute pleasure to work with for my electrical needs at my 40,000 square foot commercial building. He was effecient and timely and did exactly what he said he would do. Our building is 30 years old and needed a lot of updates. He took care of all our needs and at a price that was less than his competitor. What we noticed and appreciated first about Elmer and Bob was their creativity in problem solving. We were walking into an unknown situation with a spring pump and right away, Elmer came up with a number of very doable ideas to solve our problem. We can happily report that we have running water, a big part thanks to Elmer, and we call the guys up anytime we have electric work needed. They replaced and updated a box for us, put in a 30a outlet and a light-sensitive light on the barn (but that we can also turn off to look at the stars at night). We would highly recommend Henderson Electric for any electrical needs!

Scheduled an estimate with this contractor….he showed up, gave me an estimate and we agreed to a follow up appointment for him to come over and do the job. He never showed up for that follow up appointment - he didn’t call to clarify that he couldn’t make it, and didn’t return my calls when I tried to contact him. This was entirely unacceptable.
