I went to their website and submitted my request for a quote and an appointment. I got one text back but didn't receive a call, a quote or an appointment I sent a second text requesting an appointment. NO RESPONSE in 2 days! I think that's a good sign of poor management. I wasted 2 1/2 days with this company. I got an appointment and a quote today from another company in less than 15 minutes! I will never contact Quality Clean again.

They were very professional and super efficient. I've had my carpets cleaned before and it took hours. They were in and out within an hour but didn't skimp on the quality of clean I received. Would highly recommend!

I have used Quality Clean in 3 restaurants and in my own home with 3 dogs living there! They do an awesome job and always get me on the schedule when it is convenient for me! Their services go far beyond carpet cleaning too! Van and Dee are the best!
