Karl Metzger is a hydronic heat expert and combi-boiler expert. If you have those type of heating systems, he is your man!

Today he investigated Navien SH error codes and ither issues while descaling the DHW side of ou combi boiler.

He also provided support to the 6 zone manifold "birdcage" with metal bands and a support rod.

Jay and Ethan did a great job. They were very professional. They took the time to explain all of the new equipment after the installation.

Frank from Blind & Sons arrived on time and went right to work.
After a short video of the problem the unit was displaying taken before he arrived, Frank had an idea of the troubleshooting needed.
Within 10 minutes he provided a straight forward and understandable analysis of what is wrong, what the fix is, and next steps & expectations.
This has been a recurring experience with Blind & Sons support and the techs I've had experience with since using this company starting in 2000.
