Wonderful experience with Andrew's Moving. I was notified the day before of a 4 hour widow for delivery, then 10 minutes prior to their arrival that day. The two gentleman who came for the delivery were very nice and helpful. They told me exactly what they were doing, and did it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

I was immediately welcomed into the store and engaged in a conversation about the type of refrigerator I was looking for and shown several models. The rep was very professional and efficient with checking stock and working with my availability for delivery as soon as possible. The delivery men were also very polite and efficient in removal of old refrigerator and installation and setup of new one. I would definitely recommend this store and use again in the future.

Jason and Jay were the best!!! They had to deliver my Refrigerator twice because the appliance store ordered the wrong item. Both times they came, they were efficient, thorough and very personable! I wish all delivery people were that nice!!!

These guys were true professionals, who delivered and installed our washer, dryer and refrigerator quickly and without issue. Excellent communication before and during the delivery/installation. Highly recommend .

I would say staff is wonderful. Always personable and very professional. This is my second delivery with them and the only reason I didn’t give 5 star is both appliance deliveries they didn’t clean up to my expectations. Debris left on floor and I’d think they would remove all the plastic wrap from appliances and wipe them down. I would think that is part of install and set up.

We had a $12,000 dollar massage chair delivered to our home from Vegas Nevada. We were notified by text and email as it went to different consignee. Andrew’s was the final stage of my delivery. They called us the day before and day of letting us know of their arrival. The guys had to deliver the heavy chair to the second floor in one of the rooms. They were professional, respectful and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this company for any delivery of goods to your business or home.

Two very nice guys! Worked efficiently while the dogs barked like lunatics! Also gave me a chance to clean the floor before they put the new washer in place.i appreciated that!

Excellent delivery and installation of our new stove. Very friendly and efficient.
The one helper really needs to pull his pants up over his butt. I really don’t like seeing an underwear covered butt sticking out. It’s very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.

Delivered a black dryer as expected but delivered a white washer, which was clearly wrong. Someone delivered the correct washer while the insulation team waited.

When everything was installed and connected water was leaking from the washer. The problem turned out to be missing gaskets in the supply hoses.

Once the water was cleaned up and the gaskets were installed the insulation team started a wash cycle and left. We went into the utility room and there was a lot of water on the floor. Home Appliance dispatched their installers who found a loose connection.

Needless to say not your teams best effort..

I had commissioned for some very fragile pieces to be created. Andrews delivered them with great care and everything was intact when I opened the boxes. Andrews called several days in advance to alert me of the delivery date, which was very helpful. Then the drivers texted me about a half hour before their arrival so that I could be prepared and expecting them. Great service. Very professional.

I give it a zero rating as the guys did not put on the door properly or the handles on properly. My daughter has lodged a call into the telephone number of service And left a message, but has not received a return call yet. I hope it can be fixed up at her house very soon.

The two gentlemen that delivered our massage chair were TOP NOTCH! They were polite, professional & strong. They brought this huge crate in, which I didn’t think it would fit but it did!! Then they were confident it would fit in the room of my choice, (which is the service offered from the seller) with a lot of muscle they did it!!!! I’ve not heard of Andrews Moving since they are not in our area, but if they are in yours DON’T CALL AROUND…HIRE THEM!!!!

I had some kitchen cabinets delivered, and Andrews Moving and Storage did an excellent job. They called me an hour before arriving.They handled the cabinets with care and placed them in the designated spot. Both gentlemen were polite and respectful of my property.

They did a great job delivering our new fridge and removing our old fridge. We have an old house with a narrow doorway and they navigated it with no problems. They were polite and efficient.

Kyle and Ja came to deliver and install my new washer and dryer and they were AMAZING! They called me an hour before they came, they were on time. What I appreciated most was their attention to detail. Not only did they haul away my old machines, but they made sure everything was installed correctly, they tested each machine, made sure everything was working. Most importantly, they tool small extra steps to make sure that I wouldn't have problems later (such as securing the water hose) so that it didn't detach.
I highly recommend these guys.
