Remodeler reviews in Streetsboro, Ohio

There is NO ONE BETTER!!!! We called this company for advice and a quote regarding water drainage issues and a sink repair. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through step by step!!!! A while later my husband and I decided we wanted to use this company again with some bigger household repairs and enhancements. Phil was our first pick and he did not disappoint! Phil changed out our water pipes and replaced our water heater while making additional enhancements. Phil has done an exceptional job and we are actually having him complete windows and doors for us in the spring! We highly recommend Phil’s construction company!

ANOTHER AWESOME JOB BY PHIL'S CONSTRUCTION (3 jobs total, Mom's project is next)

These reviews must have been left by friends and family. I scheduled with him based on what I read. He was a no show and didn't even call. Impressive.

Phil is very hard working and he did an awesome job on an attached side porch. He does what he says and builds things to last. I would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Phil and his team. I'm picky about quality work and the character of people at my house and I can say it was a very good experience working with Phil as he knows what he is doing, doesn't cut corners and tells you like it is. He also has good vision of what things will look like when complete and really helped us when designing our front porch addition giving us suggestions and ideas and is actually good at color choices. We never felt rushed during the few weeks we took to finalize all the colors and materials and he was very helpful.
Furthermore I never worried about anything getting stolen or not cleaning up as his guys respect him and are good people who work very hard and long hours. I got to talk to them everyday after work and they were a fun group of guys who took pride in their work. I had a new roof, gutters, siding, 12 windows, 3 exterior doors a small deck and a front porch with an addition including brick work and its been almost 6 months since completion and we are very happy. My parents have also hired him for windows and a new roof.

I've used Phil for roof, siding, windows, bonus room remodel, garage addition, and most recently a whole home remodel. I cannot praise him enough for the quality of workmanship as well as being on site every day to not waste any time. 5 stars all day.

Phil did an outstanding job with my basement. The work is high quality and he did it all in 3 weeks from start to finish. We only had one problem with the carpet but Phil dropped what he was doing to come and fix the problem. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor and I would use him again in the future.

We are NOT family or friends. Found Phil on BBB website. Phil is professional and knowledgable! We are very pleased with his workmanship and his crew who installed a new roof. He pays attention to details and does the job right. We highly recommend Phil's Construction.

Phils Construction gutted 2 bathrooms in my house and renovated a large family room/craft room area. He does very thorough work, is there while the work is going on. He listens to his customers wishes. It turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend this business

We were so pleased with this company!!! Highly recommend Phil and his crew! Non-stop, hard working crew that did an amazing job with our roof! We will definitely contact Phil's Construction for any future projects we have with our home! Thank you!

We've used Phil's Construction three separate times. They did a partial roof replacement and new siding for our old house, and later, a major renovation on our new house, including new roof, new windows, two new baths, and an extensive redo on the crawl space. The crew does excellent work, and they're always available when follow-up is needed. Obviously, we really like their work!

Phil and his crew were very professional in replacing our roof. He provided quality workmanship. We were extremely pleased from the time we met him, when he sat down to explain what needed to be done, giving us a quote in detail, and following through to the finish. His honesty has to be commended. Thank you Phil!

I am extremely pleased with Phil's work. He came on time and finished in the time frame he gave us! He and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job, would use his services again for sure! Top quality work, would recommend him to anybody!

Phil and his team built a wonderful screened in porch for my house. It was done quickly and Phil helped ensure the permitting process was really easy. And he did it for half the cost of what Patio Enclosures quoted me

Just the thought of replacing our roof was unnerving. It had two layers of shingles and some questionable wood decking underneath. We knew it was going to be a big job. After researching many companies in our area, we discovered Phil's Construction, located in Streetsboro, OH, was highly rated on BBB and other websites. The company was locally owned and not part of a huge corporation. We prefer to support small businesses when we can. We were very impressed with Phil's quick response to our call and the detail of the initial quote. It was obvious we had chosen a man with years of experience. We found Phil and his crew to have a work ethic that just couldn't be beat. They arrived early and worked tirelessly all day long. They delivered not only what was promised but went beyond expectations. The attention to all aspects of the job was amazing. We appreciated the way Phil kept us in the loop regarding their work progress. He informed us of the expected times of supply deliveries, etc. He often took pictures of the repairs needed so we could see for ourselves the problem areas of the roof. His solutions were justified and much needed. He gave us great customer service. Their initial quote was not the lowest price given but their work turned out to be the best. We are very happy we chose Phil's Construction for the necessary structural repairs and replacement of our roof. As an added bonus, since this construction company can also build new additions, install windows, siding, and other home improvements, we have already approached Phil about upgrading the plumbing in our bathroom shower. We trust his company's work. We feel we have not only found a valuable 5 star resource, we have found a new friend.

I highly recommend Phil as a contractor. He completed a master bath remodel in our home. He was punctual with his quote and completed the work within the timeframe promised. He and his crew were hardworking and made sure to clean up their work area at the end of each day. Phil is a reliable contractor who provides reasonable prices. I’m extremely satisfied with his services and would definitely recommend him to others. ( I already have!)

Phil and his crew did an excellent job on our new roof! Showed up on time and completed the job as outlined. He was honest and upfront about problems he found and obviously took pride in doing a job well done instead of just covering up problems done by previous contractors. I would highly recommend Phil to family and friends, and will contact him for future home projects.

They were able to start right away, installed a new roof in a timely manner and clean everything up real nice!

Phil and his crew did an amazing job replacing our front doors and back sliding glass doors to our deck. He is professional, fair, and performs work with highest quality! I look forward to doing more projects with Phil and his team!

We are very pleased with the work done by Phil, Tom and crew. They did a wonderful job remodeling - modernizing and brightening our master bathroom. They were professional, did a great job and happy to say cleaned up the area. We will be using them again. We've included the before and after pictures.

Phil and his crew are all great guys. They all did a great job remodeling our basement -making an apartment with a bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom. They did all the work from plumbing, drywall , painting , even figuring out electrical problems we had in our house for years. He also installed new sliding glass doors out to our deck, which was a huge job due to the decaying wood that was supporting them! They showed up on time, early and would often work until late in the evening to complete the job. They were very pleasant to have in my home, the finished project is beautiful and truly beyond our expectations ! Phil is very responsive to questions and answers phone calls promptly. He goes beyond and above. We definitely recommend this company, and will use him again.
