Amazing customer service. My yard looks amazing! These guys are the best.

I tried because I have heard great things about this company, I watched them work next door and across the street from my house during the summer and winter. This winter I decided to give them a call when we were hit with back to back snow storms I tried calling early before the snow fall. Hietala lawn service they never answered never called back my neighbor give me there number I left a message twice. no respond then when I seen a gentleman (Hietala) pushing snow in a drive way across the street not only did he act as that I wasn't even there, he said "I am to busy today" I said okay then I though you are across the street and then he came next door doing the driveway I was willing to pay above the average fees to get a plow. I couldn't believe how he never showed a once of empathy to assist, it would be hard to use a company even though they are big and seem to have the man power but poor customer service.

We use Hietala Lawn Maintenance for all our landscaping needs. The crews have always been hard working, efficient and courteous! Highly recommend!
