I have tried to call them three times over a three month period and left messages on their voicemail each time. I never got a call back.

Sandy Plumbing was not courteous enough to return my call, and that speaks volumes.

Owner, Kyle, and his team didn a few projects to include moving plumbing lines for a washer hookup and installing new sump pump. Two separate visits, two separate plumbers, both great experiences with excellent work done! The admin team was professional, pleasant, and easy to deal with as well. I will be using them for all future plumbing needs.

They helped me out of a huge jam. I live in San Francisco and own a house in North Ridgeville. They were able to handle a cracked pipe that went through the entire house. They are so professional and very quick. I couldn’t have had a better experience. 100% will use them again.

Plumbing Tech came out quickly to help solve a mysterious leak in our ceiling. He worked hard to find the smallest pinhole of a leak, got the parts to replace, and closed everything up within no time! The rate was affordable and the service was incredible! I always suggest Plumbing Tech when someone in my local group asks for a plumbing recommendation and would use them again if we have any need to.

We had the pleasure of using their services on several occasions, one to replace a hot water heater, one to replace some bathroom faucets and another for pressure reduction valve. All times service people showed up as promised, on time and performed their work quickly and efficiently without major disruption. The office staff is helpful and courteous in scheduling and following up. They are my go to for my plumbing needs.

So I have been using Plumbing Tech since the company was first getting started around six years ago. We started speaking about my issues because he was a frequent customer where I was working. I happened to have plumbers there that day and could sense my frustration. He assured me if given a chance, he would give the most competitive pricing he was able to, then fix the issues. Since that day, Plumbing Tech has been my go to. I have run 5 different locations in that time, and they have stepped into every one of them. Prompt, communicative and honest are the qualities that come to mind every time I have to make that call for help.

Plumbing Tech is the best - it is very hard to find service providers like them these days. Kyle and his team were all professional, courteous and perform high quality work. Kyle was even able to catch something in the work of another provider on our outdoor patio (Plumbing Tech did great work on the gas fireplace and gas grill). His catch saved us ALOT of time, money and headaches. I would highly recommend Kyle and Plumbing Tech.

We recently had to convert our old cast iron sanitary pipes to PVC in the basement since they were original to this house built in 1963. Elias and Blake did a fantastic job and their cleanup was excellent ! They kept me posted on what they were doing and showed me why our bathroom sink kept backing up. The old cast iron was clogged up with corrosion and sluge which prevented any drainage. Elias and Blake did an exceptional job and we now have unhibited drainage. We're glad Plumbing Tech is on our list of go-to technicians. They're second to none !

Was recommended to use their service by a family member and could not be happier. Garry was thorough with his explanation for what needed to be done and did not try to oversell things that may need to be done in the future. We were given bundling quotes as just an option with nothing pushy. We decided to have some of the much needed work done and everything was done in a timely manner with minimum disruptions to the kids and dog.
