Frozen pipes ugh! Not that bad when you have the experienced crew at Woolace and Johnson. I left a message on Sunday evening and first thing Monday morning Lindsey gave me a call. Graham came out and estimated the job and got the ok to go ahead. They started work right away. It was no small job but completed it in a very timely manner. Communication was great! Every step of the way Graham kept me updated and no work was done until he got my ok. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Woolace and Johnson.

Air conditioning in my house stopped working right after coming home from the hospital with our newborn baby. Called Woolace and Johnson and they came out right away and got us up and going. They were quick, professional and left everything very clean. I will definitely be calling them again for all of my future heating and cooling needs.

Within 24 hours of calling them, Woolace & Johnson came to my home and promptly peformed a comprehensive analysis of my emergency bathroom drainage issues. Then, I was advised to contact another company for septic system maintenance. I am very grateful that I was not charged for this analysis, which helped me to avoid unnecessary costs that would have not remedied the situation in any manner. I highly recommend them for their professionalism in the handling of my crisis, directing me to another local and reputable business to address the problem, and sharing with me the knowledge of what was really occurring. These people are wonderful. They did a Great amount of work at our home and dealt with a many years mess in our plumbing and drainage system. Very honest, nice, and trustworthy. They are prompt, too. Jacob worked especially hard on a difficult job. The owner was very upfront about what needed to be done and the cost. I highly recommend them.

We had them install a new furnace, and I've gotta say we can not believe the savings on our gas bill!!!!! So far as much as $80 per month down from last year when we were using the old furnace! Don't know the brand of this furnace, but we highly recommend it!

We were getting ready to clean our dryer vent and noticed that it had become disconnected. I called Woolace & Johnson and they had someone over the next morning to diagnose and fix the issue. While in our crawlspace they noticed that our main water line also needed to be replaced. Nathan was great! Excellent service all the way around! Thank you Woolace & Johnson!

Brett helped me understand the different water heaters and prices. Brandon got my new one in, making sure I was fine with where the best place was to install it. They kept me updated and cleaned up afterwards real well.

After babying our old Bard furnace beyond it's life expectancy we called for service. Used our regular guy who now is linked to Woolace, Johnson and Shearer. They were prompt and courteous. We needed new and decided to get new a c at same time. They came when scheduled and got everything together and running in timely manner. They were respectful, informative and answered all questions.
