House Cleaning reviews in Swanton, Ohio

Excellant service , very good results

Highly suggest. Excellent cleaning with respect to us and our home. Felt very comfortable with him in our home.

Very friendly and professional. Been using Jeff's services for years. He does great work.

Every once in a while you experience service that is far better then you expect and less expensive then you anticipated. From the polite phone call to say exactly when Jeff will be onsite to his kind personality. We have found a carpet/furniture cleaner for keeps. We are still in awe that he was able to remove stains that where there for 5 years.

Jeff and Wife were Super Professional, Kind, and Did an AWESOME JOB!!!! - There is a HUGE Difference between Pulling a wand over carpet and Cleaning it - Arnetts for the WIN!!!!

Couldn’t be happier with this service.
Jeff did a terrific job. Good communication. Reasonable prices. Went above and beyond. Good with pets. Can’t say enough good things and will 100% use again.

Jeff did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpet. He took his time and I am very pleased with how our home looks now with the carpet cleaned and it smells so fresh in the house. This local company is by far above the chain carpet cleaning companies I have used before. I’m glad we found this family owned business and will be calling them again. Actually he’s going to clean our sofa and love seat in a couple weeks.

Great work and great people

Thank you for the great job and service!

Great people that do hard work and get the job done efficiently. Would definitely recommend!!

Thank you, R C Carpet Cleaning, for a fantastic job! We couldn't have asked for better customer service!!!

Rich and his team do a fantastic job for my company. Aside from the great prices, the quality of his work is top-notch. Thank you Rich for your years of great work!

Amazing! I have a large venue and it was some time since I had the carpets cleaned. Rich and his crew were thorough, professional an friendly. Can not recommend enough! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Not a bad price perse,my carpet is still super wet. Wet enough that I literally just pinched water onto some paper to show my wife and this is 2 1/2 hours after it was done. If my floors buckle do to all this wetness I will sue!!!!

Rich Crosser and RC Carpet have been cleaning carpet for us for many, many years - maybe decades. He is one of my best and most trusted vendors. He's there at all hours of the day for extractions and cleans carpeting in hundreds of apartments for us every year. I do not know how many jobs he has done for us but it is in the 1,000's. Great prices. Excellent work. Extremely knowlegable - and always on-time and pleasant to work with. This review is not just about Rich. His entire team are just like Rich - the best in the business! Thank you!! Denny Noneman - Noneman Real Estate Company

I just wanted to share that my husband wrote an unfair review. He came home from work in a bad mood and yes the carpet was wet, he did not try to call RC Carpet to see if they could do anything about it. He just wrote the review which was not fair. This carpet was trashed, and it cleaned up beautifully, I would rehire them again to clean this carpet when the need arises.

This is the first time we have used RC carpet cleaners. Quin and I believe Jesse (my apologies if the name is incorrect), did an excellent job. They were very polite, and professional. The carpet looks and smells clean. We would highly recommend this carpet cleaning company. I will be using them again.

RC truly does do a phenomenal job making not just your carpet, but your home feel clean. The apartment management paid for cleaning in my building after a storm caused water damage. Everyone agrees they were also blown away by the results! Jesse James and his partner Phil were extremely professional and informative. Very nice (and handsome) young men. Returning next day was a different young man, also seemed very professional. He came in to my apartment for a very brief look while attending to another unit. In that short time I believe this man walked away with a very expensive watch, that belonged to my late father. Apartment management has stated they would contact them and asked me to wait for their response. As of, 5 weeks I've heard nothing. Got voice-mail each time calling RC. am no closer to finding my property. Had it not been for this incident, i would have given the company 5 stars. Terrible thing when one rotten employee ruins what could be a great company!!

I’m more than pleased with the work the Quinn did on my carpet. I have two dogs and my carpet can get pretty stinky, but I know that Rich and everyone at RC will go above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied.

Thanks again !!!

Thanks for cleaning my carpets today. The crew did a great job. In and out quick and has that fresh carpet scent and feel again.
