I have an old, piece of junk furnace that no one can find parts for... except Doug and the guys at Northwest. Every time I have an issue they bail me out!... same day! In a time where everybody claims to be an expert, these guys are the real deal!

They've reverse engineered and rebuilt my zone damper system and my HRV system, when spare parts were no longer available.
