Devin is a top tier individual with an extremely strong work ethic and attention to detail. I asked Devin to install a drain and French drain system to avoid water intruding the crawlspace. He went above and beyond and attached the neighbors pop up drain (with their approval) to the same system. He graded the dirt to funnel away from the property and took into account the natural flow of the yard for the best results. Devin had an opportunity to upsell to include the system all in one instead of the pop up out the back and he highly suggest the cheaper route and throughly explained why it was the better choice. Well priced and we will certainly hire him again in the future for all our landscape/drainage needs. The documentation of the project with photos & videos is top tier. You can’t go wrong with this company.

We couldn't be happier with our fresh mulch from Glass City Lawn & Landscape! Their service included establishing a bed edge, pulling weeds, and removing green waste! Everything was completely cleaned up and looking gorgeous when we got home! Excellent response time and top notch customer service!

Good quality work, for a far better price

Devon and the Glass City Lawn & Landscape crew do a phenomenal job! We’ve used them multiple times for various projects (landscaping, hydroseeding, grading, pop-up drain installation, etc.). Each time has been seamless. They are very responsive and professional. I definitely recommend!

We had Devon lay out a plan to replace and relocate some older shrubs with new as well as install some drainage piping to move rain water away from our home. The crew worked well together all day in some very hot weather and focused on creating a completed project that met our desires.

I needed a section of a retaining wall replaced that was 20 years old and leaning over. The crew at Glass City was amazing. Wall looks brand new. They left the work area better than they found it and Devon is a very hands on owner. The crew is polite, neat, and very hard working. Have used Glass City Lawn and Landscape for many projects. They are my go to company.

I had Glass City come out for an estimate last year to mow for the summer and put in a retaining wall for my wife’s garden. From the first contact with Glass City, we knew we were in good hands. My retaining wall looks amazing and the diamond cut on my lawn is the best on the block! Definitely reccomend this awesome company to anyone looking for landscaping services!!

SEVERELY OVERCHARGED! They had been doing great quality work for me, but then "fall cleanup" rates kicked in, which were going to be a bit higher, but company didn't stand by their notification letter. I was informed that if the cleanup did not take longer than a normal lawn cut, that I would not be charged more money. I have them recorded on my Ring video doorbell arriving and leaving each time, taking no longer than a regular lawn cut, yet was charged almost DOUBLE my regular rate. Reached out to company, they were not willing to make it right and insisted I was wrong, even though I have minute by minute video of them here at my home. Will not be using this service in the future. Quality work was completely negated by very poor customer service.
