We had a fire on Xmas 2021 Day and Trident (and owners) called me that night and were out the next day to start the process. The cleaning crew worked hard, on a Sunday the day after Xmas mind you, and then the restoration team worked directly with our insurance adjuster to start getting things back to normal. We were out of our house for only 3 months when I truly believe we would had been out for 5+ if not for Trident.

The icing on the cake was that my wife painted a height chart on our sons wall in his room so we could keep track each year. They had to redo his entire room but cut the tree out and framed it for us and gave it to us when we moved back in. Truly appreciated!!!

Had a dishwasher leak, damaged first floor flooring and kitchen. Trident came in after the remediation was done to do the rebuild. They were very pleasant to work with from estimating, design and the crew. Every person that worked in our house was respectful and courteous, knowledgeable and great at their craft. The LVT floor was installed with no gaps and no transitions, all the carpentry work was done with precision. They cleaned up and put all furniture back at the end of every day not to inconvenience us. We would use Trident again and definitely would recommend them to others .

Eleven months ago, one of the biggest trees in Summit County, Ohio, decided to end its 150-year reign and fell into the back of our house. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the damage to our home and amount of work needed to make it livable again was extensive. From the very first reassuring and knowledgeable contact (Ben, the engineer) through the many months of reconstruction (overseen by Hunter, our expert project manager) and countless design decisions (with guidance by the very talented Jess), every aspect of this monumental project was handled with kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail. Our home is nearing its 100th birthday in 2025, so I was very concerned with keeping the old-world features and character while making all of the needed adjustments to follow today's building codes. The Trident crew managed to save my hardwood floors as well as the trim in every room (painting, staining, and in many cases, constructing to match the original). Where vintage elements couldn't be used, they helped find or create modern ones that maintained the original charm of our home. Everyone at Trident, including the subcontractors they employ, did impeccable work, and my interactions with everyone involved were always timely and polite. Lastly, I would like to acknowledge the kindness and expertise of Kelsey and her team of wonderful ladies who packed up my entire house (we lived in a hotel and then apartment for the past year) and then returned to clean after the renovations were complete and help direct the efforts of the moving team when my items were returned last week. I couldn't be more pleased with Trident and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking home renovation services.

A car lost control and drove into the front of my house. It destroyed the front of my house and damaged my front porch badly. Trident Restoration brought my home back to life. They did an amazing & thorough job. I appreciate them and will recommend them to anybody in need. The project manager John Stopera made sure everything was finished to my liking. Justin Remick, who did my repair estimate, is the utmost professional guy I’ve ever met! He answer all my questions during this process & concerns through this project. I had a very positive experience with Trident Restoration. We had water damage that needed extensive repair. They came quickly, assessed the situation and provided a detailed written estimate of work to be performed and the related cost. We were so pleased with the work that we also had them lay beautiful flooring in 4 other rooms. They were attentive to detail, professional and friendly to work with. I'd like to acknowledge John and Joe who oversaw the job and weren't afraid to roll up their sleeves. We are planning on using Trident Restoration again for our next home project/remodel.

Cannot say enough good things about Trident and every division of their operation. We had a sewage backup in our basement, due to a blockage at the street. 3 inches of raw sewage at the deepest area, from our neighbors, touching everything - wall to wall. Actual pieces of feces.

This occurred on Sunday afternoon, during a snowstorm. After calling another company who couldn’t come out due to weather, we called Trident and they were out within 30 minutes to evaluate and then had the crew dispatched within an hour, who worked well into the night.

Robert shared he got into the business after he experienced an issue and was unhappy with the company and the cleanup they performed on his own home. He assured us they would work until we were back to where it was before this happened and we were happy - and that is exactly what he and his team did.

Our basement was not an easy task to tackle - we had a lot of stuff - a lot had to be disposed of - and a lot moved multiple times for them to clean it, and the area it was sitting - also heavy weight lifting machines and exercise equipment.

As the process progressed, I shared my concerns about their still being an odor - Kelsey assured me they were far from done and a thorough cleaning would still happen. The crew even came back and took more of the items we disposed of, as part of our own efforts of going through things and getting organized.

Kelsey is hands down the BEST support person and coordinator to have when dealing with a personal crisis. She was available at all times for my texts and calls - helped me deal with insurance and also the county sewer department. I’m sure emotional support was not in her job description, but she nailed it.

I am so grateful for everyone at Trident - they have all been amazing throughout this terrible experience in my basement and made a difficult time so much easier to navigate and live through.

No, I haven’t received any incentives for this review. Unfortunately I have experienced several issues with home ownership over the years and always felt I was taken advantage of in my time of disaster by insurance and restoration companies. It’s refreshing to come across a company like this - and I hope my review helps someone else to have a good experience.

PSA - check your homeowners policy - make sure you have Water Backup coverage - it is an extra!

As a result of an small tornado and then large winds in the spring our 25+ YO roof on our century home and the old 2 layers underneath needed replacement. Our State farm Rep recommended Trident.
My wife and I meet with the Trident Rep Dave and discussed what are needs were including color. Trident provided color samples as we intending change house color too for a more modern look.
After surveying the house and submitting all the information and necessary photos to the insurance company we were approved for replacent (pro-rated).

Met again with Trident on final order and decided to add gutters too.
The roof was completed in a day (including the extra time of a triple roof tear off) and the team came back the next day to finish a few details and double check cleanup.

The gutter team came out a few days later and really did a nice job paying attention to the details to our 1925 home.

I would definitely work with this team again and recommend them.

Had some gutter work done which included the installation of a new front house gutter and downspout, as well as a checkup/resetting of back house gutter, and an adjustment of the side garage gutter. Free estimate and scheduling were very quick. Between the estimater, the owner, and the guys who did the work (all of whom i spoke with at length), everyone was extremely nice, patient, and diligent. I was in need of new gutters on my Salon.Did a Google search and it was the first Gutter repair to come up on my phone.Called to set up for estimate. The receptionist was very polite and attentive during the whole conversation. Impressed. Phil came and gave me a estimate within a couple of days.Never met a contractor of his standatds.The price was very reasonable so I replaced both gutters like 85ft on each side...I think.Then here comes the crew.Wow such polite young men and not to mention hard workers and beautiful craftsmanship. I had the Brothers that just do gutters install gutters on my house. They did an excellent job even with the difficulty they encountered while removing the old gutters. ( The builder installed them improperly.) They removed the old, replaced with new and re mounted my gutter screening. They cleaned up everything throughly. They did a great job. I'm very pleased.
