Reviews of local pros in Tallmadge, Ohio

I had my furnace serviced by Keith Heating & Cooling (unfortunately on Christmas Eve) & Steve came to the rescue! What a time to have your furnace quit, right? Steve was very knowledgeable & worked quickly & I had heat in no time, that God! Steve was awesome!

From beginning to end it was a great experience. The technician STEVE was so knowledgeable about how each system worked. He thoroughly explained every detail so I could understand. The receptionist was courteous and I will always call this company in the future. Quick and efficient. A+

I had an issue with my Furnace. Colbie (tech) came to my home and fixed the issue. He looked over some other things. I was back to heating the house in about 1 hour. Cool - I mean warm!!

Colbie was fantastic. The customer service from the office ladies was great too. Everyone was quick to respond and quick to find a solution to get my furnace back up and running. Thank you Keith HVAC!

Got 1st opinion and called Keith's for second. They very more honest and upfront about price. Very nice tech. Got us up and running in time for the big storm. We're really grateful.

I recently had a service call with Colbie from Keith Heating and Cooling, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was incredibly polite, informative, and efficient during my service call today. I really appreciated how respectful he was of my property, making sure everything was spotless before he left. Great service—highly recommend!

Jacob was absolutely great. It showed up quickly diagnosed my problem. And found a good fix, for, my water heater., very happy with the service that he provided

Colbie was awesome. Down to earth, honest, direct and very smart. He allowed me to stand over his shoulder and educate me while he worked as well. Very happy with the service and how quickly Keith Heating and Cooling was able to get a technician to my house. I will be using them in the future.

Keith really took his time on our old heater. He went above and beyond and I thank him again. Very pleasant person to deal with. Once again, Doug went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it. It got really cold in this old house and he fixed the problem and my bones are happy. Thank you again Doug. Keep up the good work. Stay warm

Best experience I have ever had calling HVAC company. First called the office and the girls were extremely nice and helpful. Then they called me to let me know he was on his way. Then Steve arrived and was professional the entire time. Felt safe knowing he was looking at it. He found and fixed the issue fast. Fair price to, on top of being so late in the business day. Thank you so much.

I have total trust in this company. They found a problem with my furnace, and it could have been a disaster if it would have gone unnoticed. We talked about a game plan to replace the furnace, and the decision to use them was an easy one. Keith was very transparent on the current state of my furnace which I as a customer appreciate his honesty. Nobody wants to replace their furnace, but you can trust and believe in this company to do it right. Thanks guys.

My furnace died on potentially the coldest week of the season. They worked with my narrow work schedual and helped me get heat again in a minimal amount of time. Two technicians helped me. And they were both knowledgeable, reassuring, and sympathetic. Also they both were friendly and good natured. A+ would recommend.

Always a pleasure working with everyone at Keith. They answer my questions, explain the services they are providing and have always been very helpful. Our furnace died on the coldest day of the year…they came and installed a new one the same day! Few years later it was acting up…again on the coldest day of that year! They were here within the hour! Colbie our tech was very friendly, and knowledgeable, he had us up and running in no time! I highly recommend them!

Jacob did an excellent job. After 50 years of boiler experience, I feel like he has brought my boiler into the 21st century. He is an honest and personable young man who knows his business well. He explains everything up front and gives you the information you need to make an informed decision. Now I know who to call in the future: Keith Heating Co. Thank you for your valued service!

My wife & I just moved into Tallmadge. We felt that we needed to have our furnace serviced as well as needing recommendations regarding the AprilAire furnace filter. We reached out to Keith Heating since they were the company that had installed the HVAC system. They sent Jacob to perform the service and we were very satisfied with both the quality of his work as well as his dedication to make certain we understood what he was doing.

Excellent service all around. I spoke with Doug to schedule a check up and he was very accommodating to my schedule. Colbie was the one who came out. He was very technically sound and did a comprehensive check up of my HVAC. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing while he was performing the check up. Both gentlemen were very friendly and made the entire process pleasant.

I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Anthony was quick to respond to my call and out to my home for a quote in a flash. He offered a price that can't be beat and that alone was great. He done a fantastic job and am more than pleased with his work. I would recommend Anthony across the board not just for his awesome work but his personality was outstanding and overall he is just a super nice guy to deal with. Will call on him again no doubt.

Anthony and his team worked quickly and met every expectation we had! Our combination of mulch and stone makes for such a great look. We are so pleased with the outcome and with the professionalism of the team. Thanks again, Anthony!

Wow is all I can say! Circle City Landscaping by far exceeded expectations! Absolutely fair pricing (if not more than fair) as well as quick, efficient, hard work. Had them replace a bed with river rock, as well as mulch some beds in my front lawn. Came out looking exceptional! Will definitely be using them again!
